| CVE-2024-3094 | 2 Redhat, Tukaani | 4 Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform, Rhel Els and 1 more | 2026-11-04 | 10 Critical |
| Malicious code was discovered in the upstream tarballs of xz, starting with version 5.6.0. Through a series of complex obfuscations, the liblzma build process extracts a prebuilt object file from a disguised test file existing in the source code, which is then used to modify specific functions in the liblzma code. This results in a modified liblzma library that can be used by any software linked against this library, intercepting and modifying the data interaction with this library. | ||||
| CVE-2024-3049 | 2 Clusterlabs, Redhat | 13 Booth, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 10 more | 2026-11-04 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Booth, a cluster ticket manager. If a specially-crafted hash is passed to gcry_md_get_algo_dlen(), it may allow an invalid HMAC to be accepted by the Booth server. | ||||
| CVE-2024-3019 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more | 2026-11-04 | 8.8 High |
| A flaw was found in PCP. The default pmproxy configuration exposes the Redis server backend to the local network, allowing remote command execution with the privileges of the Redis user. This issue can only be exploited when pmproxy is running. By default, pmproxy is not running and needs to be started manually. The pmproxy service is usually started from the 'Metrics settings' page of the Cockpit web interface. This flaw affects PCP versions 4.3.4 and newer. | ||||
| CVE-2024-3657 | 1 Redhat | 6 Directory Server, Directory Server E4s, Directory Server Eus and 3 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in 389-ds-base. A specially-crafted LDAP query can potentially cause a failure on the directory server, leading to a denial of service | ||||
| CVE-2024-21886 | 2 Redhat, Xorg | 8 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 5 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| A heap buffer overflow flaw was found in the DisableDevice function in the X.Org server. This issue may lead to an application crash or, in some circumstances, remote code execution in SSH X11 forwarding environments. | ||||
| CVE-2024-21885 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in X.Org server. In the XISendDeviceHierarchyEvent function, it is possible to exceed the allocated array length when certain new device IDs are added to the xXIHierarchyInfo struct. This can trigger a heap buffer overflow condition, which may lead to an application crash or remote code execution in SSH X11 forwarding environments. | ||||
| CVE-2024-12084 | 8 Almalinux, Archlinux, Gentoo and 5 more | 10 Almalinux, Arch Linux, Linux and 7 more | 2026-11-04 | 9.8 Critical |
| A heap-based buffer overflow flaw was found in the rsync daemon. This issue is due to improper handling of attacker-controlled checksum lengths (s2length) in the code. When MAX_DIGEST_LEN exceeds the fixed SUM_LENGTH (16 bytes), an attacker can write out of bounds in the sum2 buffer. | ||||
| CVE-2024-1753 | 1 Redhat | 4 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Els and 1 more | 2026-11-04 | 8.6 High |
| A flaw was found in Buildah (and subsequently Podman Build) which allows containers to mount arbitrary locations on the host filesystem into build containers. A malicious Containerfile can use a dummy image with a symbolic link to the root filesystem as a mount source and cause the mount operation to mount the host root filesystem inside the RUN step. The commands inside the RUN step will then have read-write access to the host filesystem, allowing for full container escape at build time. | ||||
| CVE-2024-1488 | 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat | 24 Unbound, Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 21 more | 2026-11-04 | 8 High |
| A vulnerability was found in Unbound due to incorrect default permissions, allowing any process outside the unbound group to modify the unbound runtime configuration. If a process can connect over localhost to port 8953, it can alter the configuration of unbound.service. This flaw allows an unprivileged attacker to manipulate a running instance, potentially altering forwarders, allowing them to track all queries forwarded by the local resolver, and, in some cases, disrupting resolving altogether. | ||||
| CVE-2024-1394 | 1 Redhat | 24 Ansible Automation Platform, Ansible Automation Platform Developer, Ansible Automation Platform Inside and 21 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.5 High |
| A memory leak flaw was found in Golang in the RSA encrypting/decrypting code, which might lead to a resource exhaustion vulnerability using attacker-controlled inputs. The memory leak happens in github.com/golang-fips/openssl/openssl/rsa.go#L113. The objects leaked are pkey and ctx. That function uses named return parameters to free pkey and ctx if there is an error initializing the context or setting the different properties. All return statements related to error cases follow the "return nil, nil, fail(...)" pattern, meaning that pkey and ctx will be nil inside the deferred function that should free them. | ||||
| CVE-2024-11218 | 1 Redhat | 7 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Ironic and 4 more | 2026-11-04 | 8.6 High |
| A vulnerability was found in `podman build` and `buildah.` This issue occurs in a container breakout by using --jobs=2 and a race condition when building a malicious Containerfile. SELinux might mitigate it, but even with SELinux on, it still allows the enumeration of files and directories on the host. | ||||
| CVE-2024-10963 | 1 Redhat | 5 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Ai and 2 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.4 High |
| A flaw was found in pam_access, where certain rules in its configuration file are mistakenly treated as hostnames. This vulnerability allows attackers to trick the system by pretending to be a trusted hostname, gaining unauthorized access. This issue poses a risk for systems that rely on this feature to control who can access certain services or terminals. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0646 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 9 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Logging and 6 more | 2026-11-04 | 7 High |
| An out-of-bounds memory write flaw was found in the Linux kernel’s Transport Layer Security functionality in how a user calls a function splice with a ktls socket as the destination. This flaw allows a local user to crash or potentially escalate their privileges on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0582 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els | 2026-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| A memory leak flaw was found in the Linux kernel’s io_uring functionality in how a user registers a buffer ring with IORING_REGISTER_PBUF_RING, mmap() it, and then frees it. This flaw allows a local user to crash or potentially escalate their privileges on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0409 | 4 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Tigervnc and 1 more | 13 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Desktop and 10 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in the X.Org server. The cursor code in both Xephyr and Xwayland uses the wrong type of private at creation. It uses the cursor bits type with the cursor as private, and when initiating the cursor, that overwrites the XSELINUX context. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0408 | 4 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Tigervnc and 1 more | 13 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Desktop and 10 more | 2026-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the X.Org server. The GLX PBuffer code does not call the XACE hook when creating the buffer, leaving it unlabeled. When the client issues another request to access that resource (as with a GetGeometry) or when it creates another resource that needs to access that buffer, such as a GC, the XSELINUX code will try to use an object that was never labeled and crash because the SID is NULL. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0229 | 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, X.org | 13 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Aus and 10 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| An out-of-bounds memory access flaw was found in the X.Org server. This issue can be triggered when a device frozen by a sync grab is reattached to a different master device. This issue may lead to an application crash, local privilege escalation (if the server runs with extended privileges), or remote code execution in SSH X11 forwarding environments. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0193 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 27 Linux Kernel, Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder For Eus and 24 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| A use-after-free flaw was found in the netfilter subsystem of the Linux kernel. If the catchall element is garbage-collected when the pipapo set is removed, the element can be deactivated twice. This can cause a use-after-free issue on an NFT_CHAIN object or NFT_OBJECT object, allowing a local unprivileged user with CAP_NET_ADMIN capability to escalate their privileges on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2023-6816 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Redhat and 1 more | 13 Debian Linux, Fedora, Enterprise Linux and 10 more | 2026-11-04 | 9.8 Critical |
| A flaw was found in X.Org server. Both DeviceFocusEvent and the XIQueryPointer reply contain a bit for each logical button currently down. Buttons can be arbitrarily mapped to any value up to 255, but the X.Org Server was only allocating space for the device's particular number of buttons, leading to a heap overflow if a bigger value was used. | ||||
| CVE-2023-6546 | 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat | 10 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 7 more | 2026-11-04 | 7 High |
| A race condition was found in the GSM 0710 tty multiplexor in the Linux kernel. This issue occurs when two threads execute the GSMIOC_SETCONF ioctl on the same tty file descriptor with the gsm line discipline enabled, and can lead to a use-after-free problem on a struct gsm_dlci while restarting the gsm mux. This could allow a local unprivileged user to escalate their privileges on the system. | ||||
