CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw was found in Undertow. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted WebSocket messages with permessage-deflate negotiated. This could lead to excessive memory consumption due to the PerMessageDeflateFunction.largerBuffer() method using exponential doubling, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected application. |
| A flaw was found in quarkus-websockets-next. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by streaming messages over a single connection faster than the application can process them. Due to unbounded message buffering and a lack of read backpressure, this rapidly exhausts heap space, leading to a java.lang.OutOfMemoryError that crashes the Java Virtual Machine (JVM). |
| Allocation of resources without limits or throttling in Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network. |
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in Erlang/OTP ssh allows an authenticated remote attacker to exhaust node memory by repeatedly opening session channels that are never assigned a handler.
The "session" clause of ssh_connection:handle_msg/4 checks only minimal_remote_max_packet_size before calling setup_session/5, which unconditionally builds a #channel{} record and stores it in the ETS channel cache. The max_channels daemon option is consulted only by ssh_channel_sup:max_num_channels_not_exceeded/2, which counts supervisor children, so a channel that never gets a shell, exec, or subsystem handler is invisible to the limit and setting the option to a finite value does not mitigate the attack. RFC 4254 section 5.1 permits many session channels per connection, and each record costs only a few hundred bytes, so a single authenticated connection can accumulate channels until the node runs out of memory and the emulator terminates, affecting every application on it. No file contents, credentials, or write access are obtainable.
This issue affects OTP from OTP 18.1.2 before OTP 27.3.4.18, OTP 28.5.0.7, and OTP 29.1.1, corresponding to ssh from 4.1.1 before 5.2.11.13, 5.5.2.6, and 6.0.6. Whether OTP before OTP 18.1.2, corresponding to ssh before 4.1.1, is affected is unknown. |
| An unconstrained memory consumption vulnerability was discovered in Keycloak. It can be triggered in environments which have millions of offline tokens (> 500,000 users with each having at least 2 saved sessions). If an attacker creates two or more user sessions and then open the "consents" tab of the admin User Interface, the UI attempts to load a huge number of offline client sessions leading to excessive memory and CPU consumption which could potentially crash the entire system. |
| A vulnerability was determined in O-RAN-SC SMO OAM 2025-06-10. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the component VES Collector. Executing a manipulation can lead to allocation of resources. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The project was informed of the problem early through a bug report but has not responded yet. |
| SGLang through 0.5.19 in prefill/decode disaggregation mode with Mooncake KV transfer backend fails to validate bootstrap_room values, allowing unbounded transfer state allocation. Unauthenticated attackers can reach the decode engine's POST /generate endpoint and submit arbitrary bootstrap_room values to exhaust prefill process memory until out-of-memory termination. |
| vm2 before 3.11.6 fails to enforce bufferAllocLimit on ArrayBuffer, SharedArrayBuffer, and TypedArray constructors, allowing attackers to allocate arbitrary host memory. Attackers can bypass the buffer allocation cap by using these V8 intrinsics to exhaust host process memory and trigger out-of-memory conditions. |
| c-ares is an asynchronous resolver library. Prior to 1.34.7, ares_dns_name_parse() enforces backward DNS compression pointers but does not bound the total pointer hops or assembled name length. A malicious DNS server can send a response containing a long descending pointer chain and many resource records whose NAME or RDATA fields refer to the chain, causing repeated decompression work that grows quadratically with message size. A single crafted response can stall the single-threaded c-ares event loop and deny DNS resolution, without causing memory corruption or information disclosure. This issue is fixed in version 1.34.7. |
| Elixir protobuf is a pure Elixir implementation of Google Protobuf. From 0.8.0 until 0.16.1, services that decode attacker-controlled protobuf bytes with Protobuf.Decoder can be taken offline when the schema contains a self-referential or cyclic message type. In lib/protobuf/decoder.ex, Protobuf.Decoder.value_for_field/3 handles an embedded?: true field by recursively entering the decode / build_message / handle_value / value_for_field call chain without enforcing a nesting-depth limit. Deeply nested embedded fields retain non-tail recursive frames, allowing a comparatively small request to consume substantial CPU and memory, pin a BEAM scheduler, and exhaust the node. This issue is fixed in version 0.16.1. |
| dd-trace-cpp is the Datadog distributed tracing library for C++. Prior to 2.1.0, dd-trace-cpp parses incoming W3C baggage headers without enforcing DD_TRACE_BAGGAGE_MAX_ITEMS or DD_TRACE_BAGGAGE_MAX_BYTES on the extraction path, even though those limits are enforced during injection. A remote unauthenticated attacker can send a header containing many comma-separated key-value pairs or one very large value, causing per-request hash-map allocation and unbounded CPU and memory consumption. Baggage extraction is enabled by default in most affected tracers unless baggage is removed from DD_TRACE_PROPAGATION_STYLE or DD_TRACE_PROPAGATION_STYLE_EXTRACT, so affected internet-facing services can be denied service. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.0. |
| A flaw was found in Netty's `RedisArrayAggregator` component. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted nested Redis (RESP) array headers. This can cause the `RedisArrayAggregator` to eagerly preallocate a large amount of heap memory, leading to heap memory exhaustion and a Denial of Service (DoS) for applications using `RedisDecoder` with `RedisArrayAggregator` on untrusted traffic. |
| A flaw was found in Cockpit. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by initiating and sustaining numerous simultaneous connections to the `cockpit-tls` service. This forces the service to create an unbounded number of detached threads, consuming system resources such as memory and file descriptors. The primary consequence is a denial of service (DoS), leading to degradation or complete unavailability of the Cockpit service for legitimate users. |
| github.com/temporalio/ringpop-go enforces configured LabelOptions limits when an application changes the local node's labels, but affected versions do not apply those limits to label maps received in SWIM membership changes. A network peer that can reach a live Ringpop TChannel listener can repeatedly submit changes for distinct member addresses containing label keys, values, or counts that exceed the receiver's configured limits. Accepted labels are retained in the member list and disseminated to peers, allowing memory and gossip-bandwidth consumption to exceed configured bounds and potentially making the hosting process unavailable. The fix validates peer-supplied label maps before they are retained or disseminated. Availability only; no confidentiality or integrity impact was identified. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle VM VirtualBox product of Oracle Virtualization (component: Core). The supported version that is affected is 7.2.14. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle VM VirtualBox executes to compromise Oracle VM VirtualBox. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle VM VirtualBox. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 4.4 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H). |
| A vulnerability in the Thinkst Canary honeypot Redis service allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to execute a Denial-of-Service attack against the honeypot.
The vulnerability is accessible when the Redis service is enabled only.
The Canary is NOT affected if the Redis service is disabled.
Thinkst has addressed this issue on all supported platforms.
New update files to address this issue are available on all platforms except Docker. For Docker customers, a new Docker image has been published which includes the patch. Customers with automatic updates enabled already have updates in distribution. If automatic updates are disabled, customers are advised to update their Canaries.
Workarounds are available for customers unable to update at this time. |
| A flaw was found in ml-metadata. The statically-linked gRPC stack in ml-metadata is outdated, making it vulnerable to known HTTP/2 denial of service (DoS) issues. An in-cluster attacker, with network access to the MLMD pod, could exploit these vulnerabilities by sending specially crafted HTTP/2 requests. This could lead to a denial of service by crashing the MLMD pod, disrupting all pipeline runs in the affected namespace. |
| AnyIO is a high level asynchronous concurrency and networking framework that works on top of either Trio or asyncio. Prior to 4.14.2, AnyIO starts process-pool workers with standard error connected to a pipe that the parent never drains, even though the documented behavior redirects all three standard streams. Worker code that writes enough attacker-influenced data to sys.stderr can fill the pipe and block before returning the standard-output protocol response, causing the awaiting process-pool call to remain blocked indefinitely. Applications that run untrusted or faulty worker code capable of producing substantial standard-error output are affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.2. |
| A flaw was found in Keycloak. When the configuration uses JWT tokens for authentication, the tokens are cached until expiration. If a client uses JWT tokens with an excessively long expiration time, for example, 24 or 48 hours, the cache can grow indefinitely, leading to an OutOfMemoryError. This issue could result in a denial of service condition, preventing legitimate users from accessing the system. |
| This issue was addressed with additional entitlement checks. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.7 and iPadOS 26.7, iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, visionOS 27. An app may be able to cause a denial-of-service. |
