CVSS v3.1 |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office PowerPoint allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally. |
| Incorrect conversion between numeric types in Windows NTFS allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| containerd is an open-source container runtime. In versions prior to 1.7.32, 2.0.9, 2.2.4 and 2.3.1, containers launched with a numeric User directive that cannot be parsed as a 32-bit integer are incorrectly treated as a username, leading to runAsNonRoot evasion. If a crafted image provides an /etc/passwd file mapping this large numeric string to root, the container ultimately runs as root (UID 0). This allows the Kubernetes runAsNonRoot restriction to be bypassed, causing unexpected behavior for environments that require containers to run as a non-root user. This issue has been fixed in versions 1.7.32, 2.0.9, 2.2.4 and 2.3.1. |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to versions 6.9.13-51 and 7.1.2-26, an integer overflow in the XCF decoder can result in an out of bounds read when a crafted image is read, potentially resulting in a crash. This issue has been fixed in versions 6.9.13-51 and 7.1.2-26. |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to version 7.1.2-26, an incorrect handling of arguments can cause a heap buffer over-write in the JP2 encoder. This issue has been fixed in version7.1.2-26. |
| dsp_mmap_single() validated the requested mapping by checking the sum of the user-supplied offset and length against the buffer size. This addition could overflow, so that a large offset and length wrapped around and passed the check. The offset was then narrowed from 64 to 32 bits when converted to a buffer address, yielding a mapping that extended past the audio buffer into unrelated kernel memory.
The /dev/dsp device nodes are world-accessible by default. On a system with an audio device, either issue allows an unprivileged local user to read and write kernel memory, which can be used to escalate privileges, potentially gaining full control of the affected system. At a minimum, an attacker can crash the kernel, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
RDMA/umem: Fix truncation for block sizes >= 4G
When the iommu is used the linearization of the mapping can give a single
block that is very large split across multiple SG entries.
When __rdma_block_iter_next() reassembles the split SG entries it is
overflowing the 32 bit stack values and computed the wrong DMA addresses
for blocks after the truncation.
Use the right types to hold DMA addresses. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
s390/bpf: Zero-extend bpf prog return values and kfunc arguments
s390x ABI requires callers to zero-extend unsigned arguments and
sign-extend signed arguments, and callees to zero-extend unsigned
return values and sign-extend signed return values.
s390 BPF JIT currently implements only sign extension. Fix this
omission and implement zero extension too. |
| The X25519 x86_64 assembly implementation fails to clear the most significant bit during the final modular reduction, so the computed result may not be fully reduced modulo the field prime 2^255 - 19. This can leave the field element in a non-canonical form, producing an incorrect result from the scalar multiplication and potentially a wrong shared secret. The final carry-propagation chains in the x64 and AVX2 reduction routines could overflow into the top bit, and the high limb was not masked afterward, so the 255-bit field element was left non-canonical. |
| Versions of the package jsrsasign before 11.1.1 are vulnerable to Incorrect Conversion between Numeric Types due to handling negative exponents in ext/jsbn2.js. An attacker can force the computation of incorrect modular inverses and break signature verification by calling modPow with a negative exponent. |
| A memory disclosure vulnerability was found in PostgreSQL that allows remote users to access sensitive information by exploiting certain aggregate function calls with 'unknown'-type arguments. Handling 'unknown'-type values from string literals without type designation can disclose bytes, potentially revealing notable and confidential information. This issue exists due to excessive data output in aggregate function calls, enabling remote users to read some portion of system memory. |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models (LLMs). From 0.5.5 until 0.23.1rc0, integer truncation of tensor dimensions in vLLM's GGUF dequantize kernels (csrc/quantization/gguf/gguf_kernel.cu) causes partial tensor processing. The output tensor is allocated at full size via torch::empty (uninitialized memory), but the dequantize CUDA kernel processes only a truncated number of elements. The unfilled portion of the output tensor retains whatever was previously in GPU memory. In multi-tenant inference deployments, this residual GPU memory may contain tensor data from other users' inference requests, constituting information disclosure. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.23.1rc0. |
| There is an incorrect conversion between numeric types vulnerability in NI grpc-device due to missing range checks in CodeGen. This may silently discard high bits if a size value exceeded the target type's range. This affects NI grpc-device 2.17.0 and prior versions. |
| Information disclosure, sandbox escape in the Security: Process Sandboxing component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 152, Firefox ESR 140.12, Thunderbird 152, and Thunderbird 140.12. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mm/memfd_luo: fix physical address conversion in put_folios cleanup
In memfd_luo_retrieve_folios()'s put_folios cleanup path:
1. kho_restore_folio() expects a phys_addr_t (physical address) but
receives a raw PFN (pfolio->pfn). This causes kho_restore_page() to
check the wrong physical address (pfn << PAGE_SHIFT instead of the
actual physical address).
2. This loop lacks the !pfolio->pfn check that exists in the main
retrieval loop and memfd_luo_discard_folios(), which could
incorrectly process sparse file holes where pfn=0.
Fix by converting PFN to physical address with PFN_PHYS() and adding
the !pfolio->pfn check, matching the pattern used elsewhere in this file.

| A flaw was found in libssh versions built with OpenSSL versions older than 3.0, specifically in the ssh_kdf() function responsible for key derivation. Due to inconsistent interpretation of return values where OpenSSL uses 0 to indicate failure and libssh uses 0 for success—the function may mistakenly return a success status even when key derivation fails. This results in uninitialized cryptographic key buffers being used in subsequent communication, potentially compromising SSH sessions' confidentiality, integrity, and availability. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
irqchip/gic-v3-its: Avoid truncating memory addresses
On 32-bit machines with CONFIG_ARM_LPAE, it is possible for lowmem
allocations to be backed by addresses physical memory above the 32-bit
address limit, as found while experimenting with larger VMSPLIT
configurations.
This caused the qemu virt model to crash in the GICv3 driver, which
allocates the 'itt' object using GFP_KERNEL. Since all memory below
the 4GB physical address limit is in ZONE_DMA in this configuration,
kmalloc() defaults to higher addresses for ZONE_NORMAL, and the
ITS driver stores the physical address in a 32-bit 'unsigned long'
variable.
Change the itt_addr variable to the correct phys_addr_t type instead,
along with all other variables in this driver that hold a physical
address.
The gicv5 driver correctly uses u64 variables, while all other irqchip
drivers don't call virt_to_phys or similar interfaces. It's expected that
other device drivers have similar issues, but fixing this one is
sufficient for booting a virtio based guest. |
| NVIDIA Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability where an attacker could cause an incorrect conversion between numeric types, leading to a heap buffer overflow. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to denial of service, escalation of privileges, information disclosure, data tampering, and code execution. |
| Windows Resilient File System (ReFS) Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability |
| JIT miscompilation in the JavaScript Engine: JIT component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.3. |
