| PhpSpreadsheet is a pure PHP library for reading and writing spreadsheet files. In versions 4.0.0 through 5.8.0, 3.3.0 through 3.10.6, 2.2.0 through 2.4.6, 2.0.0 through 2.1.17, and all releases up to and including 1.30.5, the OLE reader follows sector chains from attacker-controlled XLS/OLE metadata without detecting cycles or enforcing a maximum chain length. A tiny malformed .xls/OLE file can set the small-block depot sector chain to point back to itself. During normal XLS detection, OLERead::read() appends the same sector data repeatedly until the PHP process exhausts memory. This is reachable from Reader\Xls::canRead() and therefore from automatic spreadsheet type detection. Applications that accept attacker-controlled spreadsheet uploads can suffer denial of service from a very small file. This issue has been fixed in versions 5.8.1, 3.10.7, 2.4.7, 2.1.18 and 1.30.6. |
| fflate through 0.8.2 is vulnerable to denial of service via an infinite loop in unzipSync(). A crafted ZIP archive with a central directory entry declaring compressed_size=0xFFFFFFFF (ZIP64 sentinel) but missing the required ZIP64 extra field tag 0x0001 causes z64e() to loop indefinitely due to out-of-bounds reads returning undefined, which coerces to 0, keeping the loop condition permanently true. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iio: light: gp2ap002: fix runtime PM leak on read error
gp2ap002_read_raw() calls pm_runtime_get_sync() before reading the
lux value, but if gp2ap002_get_lux() fails, it returns directly. This
skips the pm_runtime_put_autosuspend() call at the "out" label,
permanently leaking a runtime PM reference and preventing the device
from autosuspending.
Replace the direct return with a "goto out" to ensure the reference
is properly dropped on the error path. |
| Next.js is a React framework for building full-stack web applications. In versions 15.5.0 through 15.5.20 and 16.0.0 through 16.2.10, when self-hosting Next.js with the default image loader, the Image Optimization API can optimize remotely hosted images if configured (not enabled by default). If those images contain malicious content, they can cause CPU exhaustion in /_next/image endpoints.Only config.images.remotePatterns is affected, and just the patterns in that array, whereas config.images.unoptimized: true, config.images.loader: 'custom', and Vercel are not impacted. This issue has been fixed in versions 15.5.21 and 16.2.11. |

| React Router is a router for React. In versions 7.0.0 through 7.17.0, the manifest endpoint could be accessed via unauthenticated targeted requests that would put heavy load on the server and slow down response times. This issue is a follow up to CVE-2026-42342, and does not does not impact React Router applications using Declarative Mode (<BrowserRouter>) or Data Mode (createBrowserRouter/<RouterProvider>). This issue has been fixed in version 7.18.0. |

| dhcpcd through 10.3.2, fixed in commit 708b4a5, contains a memory leak vulnerability in the IPv6 Router Advertisement route information handling that allows an unauthenticated same-link attacker to cause denial of service by sending crafted Router Advertisements. Attackers can repeatedly send Router Advertisements containing Route Information options with a lifetime of zero, triggering unfreed allocations in routeinfo_findalloc() that cause linear memory exhaustion and eventual daemon crash. |
| BACnet Test Server versions up to and including 1.01 contains a remote denial of service vulnerability in its BACnet/IP BVLC packet handling. The server fails to properly validate the BVLC Length field in incoming UDP BVLC frames on the default BACnet port (47808/udp). A remote unauthenticated attacker can send a malformed BVLC Length value to trigger an access violation and crash the application, resulting in a denial of service. |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. Prior to 4.1.136.Final and 4.2.16.Final, io.netty.handler.codec.stomp.StompSubframeDecoder fails to limit the total number of headers or their cumulative size per frame, and the maxLineLength parameter only restricts individual header lines. An attacker can send a large number of short headers that are accumulated in memory inside DefaultStompHeadersSubframe until the JVM throws an OutOfMemoryError, causing denial of service for servers exposing a STOMP endpoint based on StompSubframeDecoder. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.136.Final and 4.2.16.Final. |

Prior to 4.1.136.Final and 4.2.16.Final, Netty's SPDY SETTINGS decoder accepts a peer-declared SETTINGS entry count up to the 24-bit frame-length limit and materializes every unique setting ID in `DefaultSpdySettingsFrame`, allowing a remote SPDY/3.1 peer to send a syntactically valid roughly 2 MiB SETTINGS frame that creates 262144 map entries and amplifies network input into heap growth and ordered-map insertion work. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.136.Final and 4.2.16.Final. |

Prior to 4.1.136.Final and 4.2.16.Final, Netty SPDY header decoding continues inflating zlib-compressed header blocks after the raw header parser has exceeded `maxHeaderSize` and marked the frame truncated in `SpdyFrameCodec`, allowing a remote peer to send a small compressed `HEADERS` block that expands into much larger raw header data and causes compression-amplified CPU and allocation churn. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.136.Final and 4.2.16.Final. |
