Additionally, the attacker can also delete files on the server such as database configuration files, subsequently uploading their own database files. |
| A vulnerability in the Mitel 6800 Series, 6900 Series, and 6900w Series SIP Phones through 6.4 SP4 (R6.4.0.4006), and the 6970 Conference Unit through 6.4 SP4 (R6.4.0.4006) or version V1 R0.1.0, could allow an unauthenticated attacker to perform a file upload attack due to missing authentication mechanisms. | Traccar is an open source GPS tracking system. Versions prior to 6.0 are vulnerable to path traversal and unrestricted upload of file with dangerous type. Since the system allows registration by default, attackers can acquire ordinary user permissions by registering an account and exploit this vulnerability to upload files with the prefix `device.` under any folder. Attackers can use this vulnerability for phishing, cross-site scripting attacks, and potentially execute arbitrary commands on the server. Version 6.0 contains a patch for the issue. |
| An unrestricted file upload vulnerability in ShowDoc caused by improper validation of file extension allows execution of arbitrary PHP, leading to remote code execution. This issue affects ShowDoc: before 2.8.7. |
