| CVE-2024-8602 | 2026-04-15 | N/A | ||
| When the XML is read from the codes in the PDF and parsed using a DocumentBuilder, the default settings of the DocumentBuilder allow for an XXE (XML External Entity) attack. Further information on this can be found on the website of the Open Worldwide Application Security Project (OWASP). An attacker could theoretically leverage this by delivering a manipulated PDF file to the target, and depending on the environment, various actions can be executed. These actions include: * Reading files from the operating system * Crashing the thread handling the parsing or causing it to enter an infinite loop * Executing HTTP requests * Loading additional DTDs or XML files * Under certain conditions, executing OS commands | ||||

| CVE-2024-6961 | 1 Guardrailsai | 1 Guardrails | 2026-04-15 | 5.9 Medium |
| RAIL documents are an XML-based format invented by Guardrails AI to enforce formatting checks on LLM outputs. Guardrails users that consume RAIL documents from external sources are vulnerable to XXE, which may cause leakage of internal file data via the SYSTEM entity. | ||||
| CVE-2023-49234 | 2026-04-15 | 6.3 Medium | ||
| An XML external entity (XXE) vulnerability was found in Stilog Visual Planning 8. It allows an authenticated attacker to access local server files and exfiltrate data to an external server. | ||||
| CVE-2024-52596 | 1 Simplesamlphp | 1 Xml-common | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| SimpleSAMLphp xml-common is a common classes for handling XML-structures. When loading an (untrusted) XML document, for example the SAMLResponse, it's possible to induce an XXE. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.19.0. | ||||
| CVE-2024-52807 | 1 Hl7 | 1 Fhir Ig Publisher | 2026-04-15 | 8.6 High |
| The HL7 FHIR IG publisher is a tool to take a set of inputs and create a standard FHIR IG. Prior to version 1.7.4, XSLT transforms performed by various components are vulnerable to XML external entity injections. A processed XML file with a malicious DTD tag `( ]>` could produce XML containing data from the host system. This impacts use cases where org.hl7.fhir.publisher is being used to within a host where external clients can submit XML. A previous release provided an incomplete solution revealed by new testing. This issue has been patched as of version 1.7.4. No known workarounds are available. | ||||
| CVE-2025-4338 | 2026-04-15 | 6.8 Medium | ||
| Lantronix Device installer is vulnerable to XML external entity (XXE) attacks in configuration files read from the network device. An attacker could obtain credentials, access these network devices, and modify their configurations. An attacker may also gain access to the host running the Device Installer software or the password hash of the user running the application. | ||||
| CVE-2023-49110 | 1 Kiuwan | 2 Local Analyzer, Sast | 2026-04-15 | 7.2 High |
| When the Kiuwan Local Analyzer uploads the scan results to the Kiuwan SAST web application (either on-premises or cloud/SaaS solution), the transmitted data consists of a ZIP archive containing several files, some of them in the XML file format. During Kiuwan's server-side processing of these XML files, it resolves external XML entities, resulting in a XML external entity injection attack. An attacker with privileges to scan source code within the "Code Security" module is able to extract any files of the operating system with the rights of the application server user and is potentially able to gain sensitive files, such as configuration and passwords. Furthermore, this vulnerability also allows an attacker to initiate connections to internal systems, e.g. for port scans or accessing other internal functions / applications such as the Wildfly admin console of Kiuwan. This issue affects Kiuwan SAST: <master.1808.p685.q13371 | ||||
| CVE-2024-52007 | 2 Hapifhir, Redhat | 2 Hl7 Fhir Core, Apache Camel Spring Boot | 2026-04-15 | 8.6 High |
| HAPI FHIR is a complete implementation of the HL7 FHIR standard for healthcare interoperability in Java. XSLT parsing performed by various components are vulnerable to XML external entity injections. A processed XML file with a malicious DTD tag ( <!DOCTYPE foo [<!ENTITY example SYSTEM "/etc/passwd"> ]> could produce XML containing data from the host system. This impacts use cases where org.hl7.fhir.core is being used to within a host where external clients can submit XML. This is related to GHSA-6cr6-ph3p-f5rf, in which its fix (#1571 & #1717) was incomplete. This issue has been addressed in release version 6.4.0 and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2025-6438 | 2026-04-15 | N/A | ||
| A CWE-611: Improper Restriction of XML External Entity Reference vulnerability exists that could cause manipulation of SOAP API calls and XML external entities injection resulting in unauthorized file access when the server is accessed via the network using an application account. | ||||
| CVE-2024-45294 | 1 Redhat | 2 Apache Camel Spring Boot, Camel Quarkus | 2026-04-15 | 8.6 High |
| The HL7 FHIR Core Artifacts repository provides the java core object handling code, with utilities (including validator), for the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) specification. Prior to version 6.3.23, XSLT transforms performed by various components are vulnerable to XML external entity injections. A processed XML file with a malicious DTD tag could produce XML containing data from the host system. This impacts use cases where org.hl7.fhir.core is being used to within a host where external clients can submit XML. This issue has been patched in release 6.3.23. No known workarounds are available. | ||||
| CVE-2025-48882 | 2026-04-15 | N/A | ||
| PHPOffice Math is a library that provides a set of classes to manipulate different formula file formats. Prior to version 0.3.0, loading XML data using the standard `libxml` extension and the `LIBXML_DTDLOAD` flag without additional filtration, leads to XXE. Version 0.3.0 fixes the vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2024-25066 | 1 Rsa | 1 Authentication Manager | 2026-04-15 | 4.3 Medium |
| RSA Authentication Manager before 8.7 SP2 Patch 1 allows XML External Entity (XXE) attacks via a license file, resulting in attacker-controlled files being stored on the product's server. Data exfiltration cannot occur. | ||||
| CVE-2025-66371 | 1 Iteras | 1 Peppol-py | 2026-04-15 | 5 Medium |
| Peppol-py before 1.1.1 allows XXE attacks because of the Saxon configuration. When validating XML-based invoices, the XML parser could read files from the filesystem and expose their content to a remote host. | ||||
| CVE-2025-34142 | 2026-04-15 | N/A | ||
| An XML External Entity (XXE) injection vulnerability exists in ETQ Reliance on the CG (legacy) platform within the `/resources/sessions/sso` endpoint. The SAML authentication handler processes XML input without disabling external entity resolution, allowing crafted SAML responses to invoke external entity references. This could enable attackers to retrieve sensitive files or perform server-side request forgery (SSRF). The issue was addressed by disabling external entity processing for the affected XML parser in versions SE.2025.1 and 2025.1.2. | ||||
| CVE-2025-10183 | 1 Teccom | 1 Tecconnect | 2026-04-15 | 9.1 Critical |
| A blind XML External Entity (XXE) injection in the OpenMessaging webservice in TecCom TecConnect 4.1 allows an unauthenticated attacker to exfiltrate arbitrary files to an attacker-controlled server. TecConnect 4.1 is considered end-of-life as of December 2023. Users are advised to upgrade to TecCom Connect 5. | ||||
