CVE-2024-26802 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: stmmac: Clear variable when destroying workqueue Currently when suspending driver and stopping workqueue it is checked whether workqueue is not NULL and if so, it is destroyed. Function destroy_workqueue() does drain queue and does clear variable, but it does not set workqueue variable to NULL. This can cause kernel/module panic if code attempts to clear workqueue that was not initialized. This scenario is possible when resuming suspended driver in stmmac_resume(), because there is no handling for failed stmmac_hw_setup(), which can fail and return if DMA engine has failed to initialize, and workqueue is initialized after DMA engine. Should DMA engine fail to initialize, resume will proceed normally, but interface won't work and TX queue will eventually timeout, causing 'Reset adapter' error. This then does destroy workqueue during reset process. And since workqueue is initialized after DMA engine and can be skipped, it will cause kernel/module panic. To secure against this possible crash, set workqueue variable to NULL when destroying workqueue. Log/backtrace from crash goes as follows: [88.031977]------------[ cut here ]------------ [88.031985]NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0 (sxgmac): transmit queue 1 timed out [88.032017]WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 0 at net/sched/sch_generic.c:477 dev_watchdog+0x390/0x398 <Skipping backtrace for watchdog timeout> [88.032251]---[ end trace e70de432e4d5c2c0 ]--- [88.032282]sxgmac 16d88000.ethernet eth0: Reset adapter. CVE-2023-52847 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-11 5.2 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: bttv: fix use after free error due to btv->timeout timer There may be some a race condition between timer function bttv_irq_timeout and bttv_remove. The timer is setup in probe and there is no timer_delete operation in remove function. When it hit kfree btv, the function might still be invoked, which will cause use after free bug. This bug is found by static analysis, it may be false positive. Fix it by adding del_timer_sync invoking to the remove function. cpu0 cpu1 bttv_probe ->timer_setup ->bttv_set_dma ->mod_timer; bttv_remove ->kfree(btv); ->bttv_irq_timeout ->USE btv
CVE-2023-52690 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium

CVE-2023-52675 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: powerpc/imc-pmu: Add a null pointer check in update_events_in_group() kasprintf() returns a pointer to dynamically allocated memory which can be NULL upon failure.
CVE-2023-52610 2 Linux, Redhat 6 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 3 more 2026-05-11 6.4 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: act_ct: fix skb leak and crash on ooo frags act_ct adds skb->users before defragmentation. If frags arrive in order, the last frag's reference is reset in: inet_frag_reasm_prepare skb_morph which is not straightforward. However when frags arrive out of order, nobody unref the last frag, and all frags are leaked. The situation is even worse, as initiating packet capture can lead to a crash[0] when skb has been cloned and shared at the same time. Fix the issue by removing skb_get() before defragmentation. act_ct returns TC_ACT_CONSUMED when defrag failed or in progress. CVE-2022-49583 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iavf: Fix handling of dummy receive descriptors Fix memory leak caused by not handling dummy receive descriptor properly. iavf_get_rx_buffer now sets the rx_buffer return value for dummy receive descriptors. Without this patch, when the hardware writes a dummy descriptor, iavf would not free the page allocated for the previous receive buffer. This is an unlikely event but can still happen. CVE-2022-49404 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/hfi1: Fix potential integer multiplication overflow errors When multiplying of different types, an overflow is possible even when storing the result in a larger type. This is because the conversion is done after the multiplication. So arithmetic overflow and thus in incorrect value is possible. Correct an instance of this in the inter packet delay calculation. Fix by ensuring one of the operands is u64 which will promote the other to u64 as well ensuring no overflow.
