CVSS v3.1 |
pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python. Prior to 0.6.5, binary REAL decoding builds a large mantissa one octet at a time by shifting a growing integer and slicing the remaining byte string. Attacker-controlled ASN.1 includes a binary-encoded REAL with a large mantissa and reaches BER, CER, or DER decode(), with or without a schema containing REAL. RealPayloadDecoder.valueDecoder repeatedly performs a left shift, OR, and suffix copy for every mantissa octet, making decode time quadratic in mantissa length. A comparatively small REAL value can hold a decoding worker on one CPU core for seconds or longer and cause availability loss. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.5.
@hapi/content provides HTTP Content-* header parsing. From 3.0.6 until 6.0.3, Content.disposition() uses an unanchored parameter-name expression in a global regular-expression scan, causing repeated failed matching over the remaining input when a Content-Disposition parameter contains a long token without an equals sign. The resulting quadratic processing can block the Node.js event loop before route handlers or validation when @hapi/pez parses multipart/form-data headers, including unauthenticated hapi routes with payload.multipart enabled, and also affects applications that pass untrusted headers directly to Content.disposition(). This issue is fixed in @hapi/content version 6.0.3.
A remote attacker who knows a valid account's enrolled SSH public key can terminate the shared SSH service in Progress Software WS_FTP Server versions prior to 2024.0.7 and 2025.0.4 on Windows.

Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network.
Use after free in Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network.
The getgrav/grav-plugin-api plugin before 1.0.13 contains an API-key scope cap bypass in the POST /reports/twig-content/allowlist endpoint (ReportsController). The endpoint enforces requirePermission('api.config.write') followed by a bare isSuperAdmin() check instead of requireSuper(). Because isSuperAdmin() reads access.api.super directly and never consults api_key_scopes, a least-privilege API key scoped to api.config.write minted on a super account passes the gate, allowing an attacker to append attacker-chosen tokens to the security.twig_sandbox allowlist (persisted to user/config/security.yaml). Widening the allowlist turns any subsequent Twig-in-content render into an SSTI/RCE sink.
luci-app-travelmate (and the travelmate package) contain a privilege-escalation flaw: a LuCI/rpcd session holding the luci-app-travelmate write ACL is granted config-wide UCI write access to the travelmate configuration. While the LuCI UI restricts the auto-login script picker to /etc/travelmate/*.login, this is only a frontend restriction. The backend travelmate service (running as root) reads the raw UCI 'script' and 'script_args' values and executes the configured path when the captive-portal auto-login branch (f_check() in travelmate-functions.sh) is reached. An attacker with delegated write permissions can set script to /bin/sh and script_args to attacker-controlled arguments, resulting in arbitrary command execution as root. Confirmed in luci-app-travelmate/travelmate 2.4.5-r3; travelmate 2.4.6-1 is also affected. Fixed in travelmate 2.4.6-2, which enforces the /etc/travelmate/*.login allowlist in the backend.
Tinyproxy through 1.11.3, fixed in commit 09312a1, fails to properly validate the Host header during stathost detection, allowing unauthenticated attackers to access the stats page by injecting a matching Host header or bypass detection via port manipulation. Remote attackers can trigger unauthorized access to internal proxy statistics or misroute requests as transparent proxy connections to circumvent access controls.
A malicious actor with local access and low privileges could exploit an External Control of File Name or Path vulnerability found in WiFiman Desktop for macOS to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges on the host device.
A malicious actor with access to the network could exploit a Binding to an Unrestricted IP Address vulnerability found in WiFiman Desktop for macOS to obtain information about the host device.
pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python. Prior to 0.6.5, constructed string and indefinite-length ANY decoding repeatedly concatenates each fragment onto a growing bytes value. Attacker-controlled BER or CER data can use many constructed OCTET STRING or character-string fragments. DER rejects constructed OCTET STRING without a schema, but accepts its definite-length form when asn1Spec selects univ.OctetString; it also accepts constructed character strings such as UTF8String without a schema, even though those encodings are not valid DER. The separate indefinite-length ANY path is reachable in BER and CER when asn1Spec selects univ.Any; DER rejects indefinite lengths. OctetStringPayloadDecoder uses growing header concatenation and AnyPayloadDecoder.indefLenValueDecoder uses growing chunk concatenation, repeatedly copying an increasing prefix and causing quadratic work. A sufficiently fragmented value can occupy decoding workers and cause CPU exhaustion without confidentiality or integrity impact. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.5.
Forge (also called node-forge) is a native implementation of Transport Layer Security in JavaScript. Prior to 1.4.1, node-forge parsed deprecated extension OIDs 2.5.29.10 and 2.5.29.13 as basicConstraints, and pki.verifyCertificateChain() used the first extension with that name. Exploitation requires a CA trusted by the application to issue a certificate carrying an attacker-supplied deprecated-OID extension, commonly because the CA copies extensions from a certificate signing request. By placing a permissive deprecated extension before the genuine 2.5.29.19 basicConstraints extension, the certificate holder could have the certificate accepted as a CA and issue certificates for arbitrary names, enabling server or client impersonation. If the issuing CA adds a keyUsage extension without keyCertSign, node-forge rejects the chain. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.1.
Forge (also called node-forge) is a native implementation of Transport Layer Security in JavaScript. Prior to 1.4.1, the affected implementation used pem.decode(), lib/pem.js, missing END line to process the relevant input or security decision. node-forge used polynomial-time regular expressions in pem.decode(), including when searching for a matching END line and parsing encapsulated headers. An unauthenticated attacker able to supply PEM input to any high-level parser could consume excessive CPU with a long malformed message and cause denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.1.
Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the API server decompressed uploaded pipeline archives without adequately bounding expanded data while locating or reading the pipeline file. A small ZIP or gzip-compressed tar archive can consume disproportionately large memory and exhaust API-server resources. Multipart pipeline and pipeline-version upload processing performs decompression before namespace authorization, so a reachable caller does not need a successful pipeline-create authorization decision. URL-import handlers authorize before fetching and decompressing a remote archive. The amount of expansion required to interrupt service depends on deployment resource limits and concurrent activity, and no specific archive is guaranteed to crash every deployment. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0.
Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the volume artifact handler for GET /artifacts/get?source=volume did not confine a caller-supplied file path to the selected volume. A caller who can reach the route and identify an existing mounted volume can use path traversal to read files outside that volume when the artifact-serving process can read them. The frontend pod serves the request when artifact proxying is disabled, while the selected namespace's artifact-service pod serves it when proxying is enabled. A deployment with authentication disabled requires no application credentials; in multi-user deployments, the caller ordinarily must be authorized for the supplied namespace. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0.
MONAI from 1.2.0 before 1.6.1 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in ConfigWorkflow.__init__, which passes a bundle's configs/logging.conf to logging.config.fileConfig that eval()s handler class and args fields. Attackers can publish a malicious bundle whose logging.conf runs arbitrary Python at workflow construction when a victim loads or runs the bundle.
n8n before 2.41.4 and 2.42.x before 2.42.1 contains a prototype pollution vulnerability that allows low-privileged users to alter built-in object behaviour by saving workflows with specially named connection keys. Attackers can add keys such as __proto__ to workflow connections, which the periodic history compaction task processes, causing logins and writes to fail with server errors.
n8n before 2.43.5 and 2.44.x before 2.44.1 accepts a client-supplied workflow ID and caches each workflow's owner project in memory by that ID, so a crafted ID such as __proto__ makes the Data Table project check match every project. An authenticated member who can create and run workflows can list, read, modify, and delete Data Table rows in all projects of the instance.
n8n before 1.123.85, 2.x before 2.43.5, and 2.44.x before 2.44.1 contains a filter injection vulnerability in the Quick Base node, which sends the Where filter to the Quick Base API as raw query text. Attackers supplying untrusted input such as webhook data used to build the filter can make Get Many return every record or Delete remove every record with the workflow credential's privileges.
