CVSS v3.1 |
| The client-side field level encryption support in the MongoDB Python Driver can treat a key management endpoint value ending in ".sock" as a local Unix domain socket path rather than a remote host. A user with write access to the encryption key metadata stored in the database can cause an application using the driver to open connections to local sockets on the application host. Data sent over these connections is limited to the start of a TLS handshake, so no chosen content is transmitted. |
| PyMongo's connection string parsing decodes percent-encoded characters in the host portion before the host list is separated on its delimiters. When an application places a hostname value supplied by an unauthenticated party into a connection string, that party may cause additional servers of their choosing to be added to the application's database client. The application may then send its authentication exchange and database operations to one of those servers, which can observe limited information and return altered results. |
| An integer overflow in the BSON document encoding component of the MongoDB Python Driver's bundled native extension may occur when a single document is built from an unusually large amount of caller-supplied data. Size arithmetic is performed in a signed 32-bit type, and the guard meant to catch the overflow is written in a form whose behavior is not defined by the C language standard. A party with no privileges who can place a very large value into data that an application encodes may, depending on how the native extension was built, cause a write outside the bounds of an allocated buffer inside the application's own process. |
| Plaintext exposure of sensitive authentication data in Brocade SANnav discovery service log files enables individuals with file read access to retrieve administrative switch credentials and active session tokens. An attacker with access to system logs or support bundles can leverage exposed authentication details to compromise managed network infrastructure and access active application sessions. This vulnerability affects Brocade SANnav versions before 3.0.1a. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
octeontx2-af: fix out-of-bounds read setting MSI-X irq affinity
rvu_register_interrupts() walks every MSI-X vector and uses strstr()
to match "Mbox" or "FLR" in irq_name before pinning those interrupts
to CPU 0. irq_name is a per-vector NAME_SIZE buffer, but not every
slot is populated before this loop runs. strstr() keeps scanning until
it finds a NUL terminator, so an uninitialized slot can trigger a KASAN
slab-out-of-bounds read at boot when debug options are enabled.
Use strnstr() with NAME_SIZE to bound the search within each vector's
name buffer. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/pagemap: dma-unmap pages before handling migration errors
drm_pagemap_migrate_unmap_pages() relies on the pages array to determine
which pages require DMA unmapping. However,
drm_pagemap_migration_unlock_put_pages() clears the array as part of its
cleanup, leaving drm_pagemap_migrate_unmap_pages() with no valid page
information if it is called afterward.
Call drm_pagemap_migrate_unmap_pages() before
drm_pagemap_migration_unlock_put_pages() so the pages array remains
valid during DMA unmapping. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mmc: davinci: avoid NULL deref of host->data in IRQ handler
mmc_davinci_irq() returns early only when both host->cmd and
host->data are NULL:
if (host->cmd == NULL && host->data == NULL) {
...
return IRQ_NONE;
}
So we may legitimately reach the rest of the handler with
host->data == NULL (and therefore data == NULL). The DATDNE branch
already guards against this with an explicit "if (data != NULL)"
check, but the subsequent TOUTRD ("read data timeout") and
CRCWR/CRCRD ("data CRC error") branches dereference data
unconditionally:
if (qstatus & MMCST0_TOUTRD) {
data->error = -ETIMEDOUT; <-- NULL deref
...
davinci_abort_data(host, data);
}
if (qstatus & (MMCST0_CRCWR | MMCST0_CRCRD)) {
data->error = -EILSEQ; <-- NULL deref
...
}
If either bit is set in qstatus while host->data is NULL, the kernel
will crash inside the IRQ handler. smatch flags this:
drivers/mmc/host/davinci_mmc.c:933 mmc_davinci_irq() error: we
previously assumed 'data' could be null (see line 914)
Gate both branches on a non-NULL data, matching the existing pattern
used by the DATDNE branch.
No functional change for callers where data is non-NULL, which is
the only case in which these branches did meaningful work before
this change. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
crypto: ixp4xx - fix buffer chain unwind on allocation failure
chainup_buffers() builds a linked list of buffer descriptors for a
scatterlist. If dma_pool_alloc() fails while constructing the list, the
current code sets buf to NULL and later dereferences it unconditionally
at the end of the function:
buf->next = NULL;
buf->phys_next = 0;
This can lead to a null-pointer dereference on allocation failure.
If the failure happens after part of the descriptor chain has already
been allocated and DMA-mapped, the partially constructed chain also
needs to be released.
Fix this by terminating the partially constructed chain on allocation
failure and letting the callers unwind it via their existing cleanup
paths. Also fix ablk_perform() to preserve the hook pointers before
checking for failure, so partially built chains can be freed correctly. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
gfs2: fix quota init duplicate scan
gfs2_quota_init() checks for duplicate quota_change IDs while holding
qd_lock and the quota hash bucket bitlock. That path used
gfs2_qd_search_bucket(), which takes a lockref reference via
lockref_get_not_dead().
On PREEMPT_RT this may sleep, which is not allowed under the bucket
bitlock, triggering "sleeping function called from invalid context".
Use a no-ref bucket lookup in this path, then continue duplicate
handling without taking a lockref there.
Refactor gfs2_qd_search_bucket() to build on top of the no-ref helper
so lookup traversal stays in one place.
This patch fixes a bug reported by syzbot. |
| code16 Sharp is a Laravel-based framework for building content-management and administrative interfaces. Versions before 9.22.5 contain a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in `SharpEditorFormField`: attacker-controlled content bearing the `data-html-content` attribute can bypass HTML sanitization and preserve executable markup, which may execute when another user views the stored content. The vendor identifies version 9.22.5 as patched; applications that intentionally enable `SharpFormEditorField::RAW_HTML` must continue to sanitize editor content themselves. As a workaround, applications should sanitize all editor content before storing or rendering it, for example with Symfony HtmlSanitizer, and disable RAW_HTML functionality where it is not required. |
| Docmost is open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software. From 0.21.0 until 0.95.0, any authenticated workspace member with edit rights to a space can upload an archive to the page-import feature whose ZIP extraction routine does not limit total uncompressed size, per-entry size, or entry count. The extractor writes entries to the server temp directory and automatically extracts one nested ZIP, allowing an outer upload within the default 200 MB limit to expand by multiple GB. The resulting disk exhaustion can crash the import worker and degrade or take down the instance for all tenants. This issue is fixed in version 0.95.0. |
| Docmost is open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software. Prior to 0.90.1, an authenticated workspace member who does not belong to a private space can call the transclusion / sync-block lookup API with a known sourcePageId and transclusionId pair because the lookup does not enforce private space membership before resolving the source page. The API can return confidential sync-block content and source page metadata even though the normal page APIs deny access to the same page. This issue is fixed in version 0.90.1. |
| Docmost is open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software. Prior to 0.80.1, the public avatar and logo image endpoint accepts attacker-controlled fileName path segments and resolves them against local storage without confinement to the intended image directory. An unauthenticated attacker can traverse outside the avatar or logo directory and read local storage objects whose final basename satisfies the route's UUID check. This issue is fixed in version 0.80.1. |
| code16 Sharp is a Laravel-based framework for building content-management and administrative interfaces. Versions before 9.22.5 contain a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the rich-text editor because the HTML sanitizer permits the `srcdoc` attribute on iframe elements. Although markup inside `srcdoc` is HTML-encoded during sanitization, browsers decode attribute entities before interpreting the iframe document, allowing an authenticated user with permission to edit an Editor field to store executable JavaScript that runs when another user views the content. Successful exploitation can result in session hijacking, unauthorized actions, account takeover, privilege escalation, or disclosure of administrative data. Version 9.22.5 patches the vulnerability by removing `srcdoc` from the permitted iframe attributes. As a workaround, applications that cannot upgrade should manually sanitize all Editor field content and remove every iframe `srcdoc` attribute before storing or rendering it. |
| Docmost is open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software. From 0.70.0 until 0.80.1, a low-privileged authenticated user who can edit an exportable page can embed a forged attachmentId that belongs to a restricted page in the same space. Exporting the attacker-controlled page with includeAttachments=true causes the page export flow to read the restricted attachment from storage and include it in the returned ZIP archive even though direct file download denies access. This issue is fixed in version 0.80.1. |
| ServiceNow has remediated an improper access control security issue that was identified in the ServiceNow AI Platform. This security issue could enable an unauthenticated user, in certain circumstances, to create, modify, or delete instance data beyond what was intended.
In August 2026, ServiceNow deployed a security update to hosted instances and ServiceNow provided the update to our partners and self-hosted customers. We are not currently aware of malicious exploitation against ServiceNow instances. We recommend customers promptly apply appropriate updates or upgrade to a patched release if they have not already done so. |

net: appletalk: fix NULL pointer dereference in aarp_send_ddp()
aarp_send_ddp() calls atalk_find_dev_addr(dev) in the LocalTalk fast

interface configured (dev->atalk_ptr == NULL), this leads to a NULL
pointer dereference at the at->s_net access.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: core: Do not block on tag allocation in scsi_eh_lock_door()
scsi_eh_lock_door() is called from scsi_restart_operations() while the
host is still in the SHOST_RECOVERY state, i.e. before the host is
switched back to SHOST_RUNNING and scsi_run_host_queues() restarts the
queues. It allocates a request via scsi_alloc_request() with no flags,
so blk_mq_get_tag() may block waiting for a free sched tag when all tags
are already in use.
Those tags can be held by commands that were just requeued by
scsi_eh_flush_done_q() during error handling. Such commands cannot be
dispatched until the host leaves SHOST_RECOVERY and
scsi_run_host_queues() is called - which only happens *after*
scsi_eh_lock_door() returns.
This forms a circular dependency:
- scsi_eh_lock_door(), running in the SCSI error handler thread, waits
for a sched tag held by a requeued command;
- the requeued command cannot complete and release its sched tag until
the error handler thread leaves scsi_restart_operations() and restart
the queues.
For devices with a single driver tag (e.g. USB storage) it is a
guaranteed deadlock and I/O that can never be submitted. This problem
has also been reproduced in our environment.
Locking the door is a best-effort operation, and scsi_eh_lock_door()
already returns silently when the request allocation fails. Pass
BLK_MQ_REQ_NOWAIT to scsi_alloc_request() so the allocation fails
instead of blocking when no tag is available. This breaks the circular
dependency and allows the error handler to finish restarting the queues,
after which the pending commands are dispatched normally. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: RFCOMM: validate skb length in rfcomm_recv_frame
rfcomm_recv_frame() casts skb->data to struct rfcomm_hdr and dereferences
hdr->addr and hdr->ctrl without validating skb->len first. A truncated
frame with skb->len less than the minimum header size causes an
out-of-bounds read of uninitialized memory. Additionally, a zero-length
frame causes skb->len-- to underflow to UINT_MAX, making
skb_tail_pointer() read far past the buffer.
Commit 23882b828c3c ("Bluetooth: RFCOMM: validate skb length in MCC
handlers") fixed the same class of missing-length-check bugs in the MCC
sub-handlers, but the top-level rfcomm_recv_frame() was left unfixed.
KMSAN reports:
BUG: KMSAN: uninit-value in rfcomm_run
...
Uninit was created at:
__alloc_skb+0x474/0xb60
vhci_write+0xe9/0x870
Fix this by rejecting frames smaller than sizeof(struct rfcomm_hdr) + 1
(the minimum frame must have a 3-byte header and a 1-byte FCS). |
