| Zammad is a web based open source helpdesk/customer support system. Prior to 7.1.2, attacker-controlled HTML in inbound emails or tickets could bypass the image URL sanitizer using path traversal sequences. When an authenticated agent views the content, the browser resolves the URL to a protected API endpoint and sends the request with the agent's session cookie, enabling side effects such as forced logout without any user interaction. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2. |

| Serialize JavaScript serializes JavaScript values to a superset of JSON that includes regular expressions and functions. From 7.1.1 until 7.1.2, function values serialized by serialize-javascript are not fully protected against script-closing tags in attacker-influenced function source because SCRIPT_CLOSE_REGEXP can consume a second closing tag inside one match. When the serialized function is embedded in a script element, the surviving closing tag terminates the element early and causes the remaining output to be parsed as HTML, enabling cross-site scripting in the page origin. Only function values are affected; ordinary data values and options.isJSON output are unaffected. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2. |
| MobilityDB version 1.3.0 and earlier contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the MEOS binary and library WKB deserialization logic that allows unprivileged database users to crash the PostgreSQL backend process by supplying a crafted WKB payload with a negative length field. The negative length value wraps to a large unsigned size_t due to missing signed validation, bypasses an overflow-unsafe pointer arithmetic bounds check in wkb_parse_state_check(), and causes memcpy() in text_from_wkb_state() to operate with a corrupted unbounded length, resulting in a remote denial-of-service condition affecting all sessions on the PostgreSQL instance. |

| Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.4, 42.5.2, and 43.0.0, popups opened from a sandboxed iframe through Electron's OpenURLFromTab navigation path, including links using target="_blank" or a middle-click, did not receive the inherited HTML sandbox restrictions. An untrusted iframe using the allow-scripts allow-popups configuration could therefore open a popup with the embedding application's full origin, exposing that origin's cookies, storage, and same-origin scripting capabilities. Applications that do not embed untrusted content in sandboxed iframes are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.4, 42.5.2, and 43.0.0. |
