CVE-2026-70399 1 Erlang 3 Erlang/otp, Erlang\/otp, Otp 2026-09-08 7.5 High
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in Erlang/OTP inets httpd allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to cause denial of service by opening and holding open a large number of connections. The max_clients option is documented to default to 150, and the inets hardening guide presents that limit as the first layer of denial-of-service defence, but a server that does not set it explicitly accepts an unlimited number of simultaneous connections. Establishing the connections is sufficient; no valid request and no authentication are required. The accept gate in httpd_manager:handle_new_connection/4 reads the option with httpd_util:lookup/2, which returns undefined when the key is absent, rather than the three-argument form carrying the 150 default that the neighbouring get_ustate/2 uses. Erlang term ordering places every integer before every atom, so the Count =< Max guard holds for any connection count and the server never returns {reject, busy}. Each accepted connection occupies a worker process and a socket for as long as it is held, driving the node towards process, memory and file descriptor exhaustion. Servers that set max_clients explicitly are unaffected, because a configured value is applied as intended. This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.0 before OTP 27.3.4.17, from OTP 28.0 before OTP 28.5.0.6, and from OTP 29.0 before OTP 29.0.6, corresponding to inets from 5.10 before 9.3.2.7, from 9.4 before 9.6.2.3, and from 9.7 before 9.7.2.
CVE-2026-63839 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-07 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: lenovo-wmi-helpers: Fix memory leak in lwmi_dev_evaluate_int() lwmi_dev_evaluate_int() leaks output.pointer when retval == NULL (found by sashiko.dev [1]). Fix it by moving `ret_obj = output.pointer' outside of the `if (retval)' block so that it is always freed by the __free cleanup callback. No functional change intended.
CVE-2026-53113 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: fix memory leaks in beacon template setup The functions ath11k_mac_setup_bcn_tmpl_ema() and ath11k_mac_setup_bcn_tmpl_mbssid() allocate memory for beacon templates but fail to free it when parameter setup returns an error. Since beacon templates must be released during normal execution, they must also be released in the error handling paths to prevent memory leaks. Fix this by using unified exit paths with proper cleanup in the respective error paths. Compile tested only. Issue found using a prototype static analysis tool and code review.
CVE-2026-53102 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mt76: Fix memory leak after mt76_connac_mcu_alloc_sta_req() mt76_connac_mcu_alloc_sta_req() allocates an skb which is expected to be freed eventually by mt76_mcu_skb_send_msg(). However, currently if an intermediate function fails before sending, the allocated skb is leaked. Specifically, mt76_connac_mcu_sta_wed_update() and mt76_connac_mcu_sta_key_tlv() may fail, leading to an immediate memory leak in the error path. Fix this by explicitly freeing the skb in these error paths. Commit 7c0f63fe37a5 ("wifi: mt76: mt7996: fix memory leak on mt7996_mcu_sta_key_tlv error") made a similar change. Compile tested only. Issue found using a prototype static analysis tool and code review.

CVE-2026-2670 1 Advantech 14 Wise-6610, Wise-6610-cb, Wise-6610-eb and 11 more 2026-09-07 7.2 High
A vulnerability was identified in Advantech WISE-6610-NB, WISE-6610-EB, WISE-6610-TB, WISE-6610-JB, WISE-6610-CB, WISE-6610-EL-NB, WISE-6610-EL-EB, WISE-6610-EL-TB, WISE-6610-EL-JB, WISE-6610-EL-CB, WISE-6610P-DEA, WISE-6610P-DNA and WISE-6610P-DTA 1.2.1_20251110. Affected is an unknown function of the file /cgi-bin/luci/admin/openvpn_apply of the component Background Management. Such manipulation of the argument delete_file leads to os command injection. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. Upgrading to version 1.2.4_20260821 is able to address this issue. It is advisable to upgrade the affected component. The vendor explains: "The delete operation has been redesigned to map the requested file type to a fixed allowlisted path, require a numeric tunnel ID, reject invalid requests, and use the native filesystem API (fs.unlink) instead of constructing a shell command from request data."
CVE-2026-86149 1 Tenda 2 Cp3, Cp3 Firmware 2026-09-05 9.1 Critical
A weakness has been identified in Tenda CP3 27.5.57.101. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file Net/NetCheckPing.cpp. This manipulation of the argument interface_name/host causes os command injection. The attack can be initiated remotely.
CVE-2026-78408 2 Linux, Redhat 6 Util-linux, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more 2026-09-05 7.9 High
The nsenter --join-cgroup option opens the target cgroup.procs file as root and leaves that file descriptor open across later namespace and credential changes and across execve(). Because the kernel checks later cgroup migrations using the credentials from the original open, a program run in an attacker-controlled target can inherit root's ability to move host processes between cgroups. After a privileged operator uses --join-cgroup against that target, an unprivileged user can migrate and terminate unrelated root processes.
CVE-2026-80881 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-04 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ocfs2: fix buffer head management in ocfs2_read_blocks() In ocfs2_read_blocks(), caller should't assume that buffer head returned by 'sb_getblk()' is exclusively owned and so 'put_bh()' always drops b_count from 1 to 0. If it is not so, buffer head remains on hold and likely to be returned by the next call to 'sb_getblk()' unchanged - that is, with BH_Uptodate bit set even if it has failed validation previously, thus allowing to insert that buffer head into OCFS2 metadata cache and submit it to upper layers. To avoid such a scenario, BH_Uptodate should be cleared immediately after 'validate()' callback has detected some data inconsistency.
CVE-2026-80897 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-04 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfs: release readahead folios on iterator preparation failure netfs_prepare_read_iterator() batches readahead folios in put_batch so that the folio references can be dropped after the I/O iterator has been prepared. If rolling_buffer_load_from_ra() fails after earlier folios have been batched, the function returns immediately and leaves those references held. Release the batch before returning the error.
CVE-2026-82728 1 Elixir-mint 1 Mint 2026-09-04 N/A
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in elixir-mint mint allows a remote HTTP server to exhaust memory on the client host and cause a denial of service. Two HTTP/1 response-parser states accumulate server data without any cap. In lib/mint/http1.ex, decode_status_line/4 stores the unconsumed data in conn.buffer when the status line is incomplete, and decode_body/5 does the same for an unterminated chunk-extension line. Both wait for a CRLF the server never has to send, and conn.buffer is prepended to every subsequent socket message. The :max_header_list_size budget is wired only into decode_headers/5 and decode_trailer_headers/4, so neither of these states is covered by it. A malicious server, or one reached through an attacker-controlled redirect or a fetched URL, streams bytes indefinitely until the BEAM node is killed by the operating system out-of-memory handler. The chunk-extension variant is reached after a valid status line and a complete, valid header section, so an intermediary inspecting only headers sees an ordinary 200 response. This issue affects mint: from 0.1.0 before 1.10.0.
CVE-2026-47859 2 Spring, Vmware 2 Spring Integration, Spring Integration 2026-09-04 5.4 Medium
RFC6587SyslogDeserializer, used by the Spring Integration syslog TCP inbound adapter to decode RFC 6587 / RFC 5424 frames, trusts the sender-supplied octet count of an octet-counted frame and allocates a byte array of exactly that size with no upper bound. Spring Integration 7.1.0 Spring Integration 7.0.0 - 7.0.5 Spring Integration 6.5.0 - 6.5.10 Spring Integration 6.4.0 - 6.4.12 Spring Integration 5.5.21 and earlier

In Reactor Core, applications that use the Flux.windowTimeout operator with fairBackpressure enabled are vulnerable to a Denial of Service (DoS) condition. Reactor Core 3.8.0 - 3.8.6 Reactor Core 3.5.0 - 3.7.19 Reactor Core 3.4.41 and earlier
CVE-2026-56143 1 Elastic 1 Elasticsearch 2026-09-04 4.9 Medium
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling (CWE-770) in Elasticsearch can lead to a denial of service via Excessive Allocation (CAPEC-130). A user with elevated privileges can submit a specially crafted request that causes excessive memory consumption, which may render the affected node unavailable.
CVE-2026-41710 2 Broadcom, Spring 2 Spring Retry, Spring Retry 2026-09-04 5.9 Medium
An attacker can craft a large number of unique requests that trigger a failure, exhausting the capacity of the application-wide stateful retry cache. Once the cache is full, it permanently rejects any further updates, causing all later stateful retries and circuit breakers in the application to fail. Affected versions: Spring Retry 2.0.0 through 2.0.12; 1.3.0 through 1.3.4.
CVE-2025-15379 2 Lfprojects, Mlflow 2 Mlflow, Mlflow 2026-09-04 10.0 Critical
A command injection vulnerability exists in MLflow's model serving container initialization code, specifically in the `_install_model_dependencies_to_env()` function. When deploying a model with `env_manager=LOCAL`, MLflow reads dependency specifications from the model artifact's `python_env.yaml` file and directly interpolates them into a shell command without sanitization. This allows an attacker to supply a malicious model artifact and achieve arbitrary command execution on systems that deploy the model. The vulnerability affects versions 3.8.0 and is fixed in version 3.8.2.
CVE-2026-59303 2 Spring, Vmware 2 Spring Cloud Stream, Spring Cloud Stream 2026-09-04 3.1 Low
