CVSS v3.1 |
Froxlor is a server administration panel. In versions 2.3.10 and earlier, the customer data-export (DataDump) cron fails to validate intermediate path components of the export destination: Froxlor\FileDir::makeCorrectDir() contains an off-by-one in its path-component walk that skips the first segment below the customer home directory, and the guard in ExportCron.php checks only the final component with is_link(). An authenticated customer whose account has the export feature enabled can schedule an export into a genuine subdirectory of their own webspace, then replace an intermediate path component with a symlink before the root-owned cron runs. The cron's `chown -R` then recursively changes ownership of the linked directory tree — for example /etc — to the customer's UID, yielding host root and cross-tenant compromise. Exploitation is deterministic and requires no race. This is an incomplete fix of GHSA-75h4-... The issue is fixed in Froxlor 2.3.12.
froxlor through 2.3.10 disables a user's two-factor authentication immediately upon an unauthenticated-triggerable GET request to the 2FA management page (e.g. /customer_index.php?page=2fa&action=delete), with no confirmation, re-authentication, or CSRF token. The global CSRF middleware only covers POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE requests, and the session cookie is set to SameSite=Lax, so a cross-site top-level navigation (link click or redirect) carries the victim's session and silently clears type_2fa/data_2fa. Both the customer and admin 2FA handlers are affected. An attacker who lures a logged-in panel user into following a crafted link reduces that account to password-only authentication, which can be chained with a compromised password for account takeover. Fixed in 2.3.12.
Froxlor before 2.3.13 returns the ssl_key_file column — which stores the raw PEM TLS private-key content — verbatim in the JSON responses of the Certificates.get and Certificates.listing API commands, because the results of the underlying domain_ssl_settings queries are passed through ApiCommand::response() without any field stripping or allowlist. A low-privileged authenticated customer API caller can retrieve the private keys of their own domains' certificates, including Let's Encrypt keys that Froxlor generates server-side and stores root-only (0600) and to which the customer otherwise has no filesystem access; reseller and customers_see_all admin accounts can dump the private keys of other principals through the same sink. Disclosed keys enable domain impersonation, passive decryption of captured TLS traffic, and active machine-in-the-middle attacks.
Kyverno is a policy engine for Kubernetes. In versions 1.14.0 through 1.19.0, the ImageValidatingPolicy (policies.kyverno.io/v1beta1) evaluator never reads the spec.images and spec.allowedValues fields of a PolicyException. Any PolicyException whose policyRefs and matchConditions match a resource causes image signature verification to be skipped for the entire resource rather than only for the listed images or values, so an exception intended to exempt a single trusted image exempts every image on the matched resource(s). As a result, unsigned or untrusted images can be admitted to the cluster without signature verification. This differs from ValidatingPolicy, GeneratingPolicy, and MutatingPolicy, which treat the same field as a partial exemption. The issue is fixed in version 1.19.1.
A flaw has been found in Netcore NR289-GE 1.4.5102. This impacts the function process_request of the component boa_temp Handler. This manipulation causes missing authentication. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
Unsloth Zoo versions 2025.9.9 before 2026.8.14, as implemented in Unsloth 2025.9.9 through 2026.8.19, contains a code injection vulnerability in the model-loading compile path where the get_transformers_model_type() function in hf_utils.py collects model_type values from nested model configurations without enforcing a character allowlist, allowing newlines and arbitrary Python source to survive normalization. Attackers can embed a newline in a nested model_type value within a malicious model's config.json to terminate the generated import statement and execute arbitrary Python code via exec() in unsloth_compile_transformers(), achieving remote code execution as the loading user when the model is loaded for training or inference.
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in 10Web Form Maker by 10Web form-maker allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Form Maker by 10Web: from n/a through 1.15.48.
Wazuh is an open-source security platform providing unified XDR and SIEM protection for endpoints and cloud workloads. From 3.9.0 until 4.14.7, wazuh-clusterd in framework/wazuh/core/cluster/common.py allocates a payload buffer using the size declared in a 20-byte cluster protocol header before Fernet decryption validates the peer. An unauthenticated network peer can declare a payload of up to 256 MiB, stop sending after the header, and retain that allocation until the TCP connection closes. The cluster listener has no application-level per-source connection budget in affected versions, allowing concurrent sockets to multiply memory consumption and potentially terminate the cluster process, disrupt synchronization, and interrupt distributed API forwarding. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.7.
nodemailer before 10.0.6 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the addressparser free-text fallback regex pattern that exhibits quadratic backtracking behavior. Attackers can supply crafted email header values with long whitespace-free runs to block the Node.js event loop for tens of seconds, causing service unavailability.
A vulnerability was detected in Netcore NR289-GE 1.4.5102. This affects the function system of the file /set_ntp_server_ip.cgi of the component CGI Handler. The manipulation of the argument ntp_ip results in os command injection. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
Path traversal in the CLI client image export and copy functionality in Canonical LXD from 4.0.2 before 4.0.14, 5.0.10, 5.21.8, and 6.10 on all platforms allows a remote malicious or machine-in-the-middle image server to overwrite arbitrary local files and execute code on the client system via a crafted Content-Disposition header filename parameter during unified image export or copy operations into a local directory target.
Improper link resolution in the migration receive path in Canonical LXD versions 4.0 and later (fixed in 4.0.14, 5.0.10, 5.21.8 and 6.10) on Linux allows an authenticated client that can create instances or custom storage volumes in a project, or a malicious migration source server, to write attacker-controlled files to arbitrary paths on the target host as root, leading to full host compromise. The attacker does this with a crafted rsync or btrfs send stream that plants a symlink in the transferred volume, such as rootfs or root.img, and then writes through it.
Improper link resolution in the recursive file pull feature of the LXD CLI client in Canonical LXD versions 4.0.2 up to 6.9 (fixed in 4.0.14, 5.0.10 and 5.21.8) on Linux allows an attacker with root access inside a virtual machine to write attacker-controlled files or directory trees to arbitrary paths on the client host, with the operator's privileges. The attacker does this by using a modified lxd-agent that returns inconsistent SFTP directory listings and Lstat results.
Path traversal in the Btrfs storage driver (unpackVolume) in Canonical LXD on Linux allows an authenticated user with instance creation privileges to delete or replace arbitrary files and directories on the host filesystem as root via a crafted subvolumes[].path entry in backup/optimized_header.yaml during a btrfs optimized backup import.
Path traversal in the btrfs storage driver in Canonical LXD versions 4.0.2 and later (fixed in 4.0.14, 5.0.10, 5.21.8 and 6.10) on Linux allows an authenticated client with permission to create instances in a project to delete arbitrary files on the host as root. On hosts whose root filesystem is btrfs, the client can also place attacker-controlled content at arbitrary host paths, leading to full host compromise. The client does this with a crafted subvolume path containing ../ sequences, sent in either of two ways: in the optimized_header.yaml of an optimized btrfs backup, or in the btrfs migration header sent by a malicious migration source.
Incorrect authorization in the custom storage volume creation endpoint in Canonical LXD versions 5.0.0 and later (fixed in 5.0.10, 5.21.8 and 6.10) on Linux allows an authenticated client with permission to create custom volumes in a project to copy, and so read, any custom storage volume from any other project on the server, including its snapshots and configuration. The client does this with a crafted request that sets a source volume and source.project but omits source.type.
Discourse is an open-source discussion platform. Prior to 2026.1.8, 2026.6.3, 2026.7.2, and 2026.8.0, the topic small-action and nested-activity-log components interpolated the free-form action_code_who value into mention-link href attributes without URL encoding. A quote-bearing display name could terminate the intended URL attribute and inject attacker-controlled elements into the trusted rendered markup. Although the visible mention text was escaped, the unencoded path component allowed stored HTML injection when another user viewed the affected topic action or activity log. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.1.8, 2026.6.3, 2026.7.2, and 2026.8.0.
Frictionless before 5.19.1 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in the explore console command that allows an attacker who supplies a crafted Data Package descriptor to execute arbitrary operating system commands as the user who explores it. Attackers can place shell metacharacters in resource path values within a datapackage.json descriptor, which are passed unsanitized to os.system through a shell, causing arbitrary command execution in the victim's security context when they run the explore command against the untrusted package. This vulnerability was also addressed in version 5.20.0rc2 of the pre-release branch.
| A privilege mismatch was found in Fleet. When a bundle requested namespace labels or annotations through the namespaceLabels and namespaceAnnotations options, the resulting namespace metadata update was not subject to the same authorization as the rest of the bundle's deployment. As a result, a bundle could change labels and annotations on a target namespace even when the identity it was pinned to was not authorized to modify that namespace.
This affected SUSE Rancher Fleet 0.16 before 0.16.2, 0.15 before 0.15.7, 0.14 before 0.14.11, 0.13 before 0.13.16 and potentially older versions. |
A security vulnerability has been detected in Netcore NR289-GE 1.4.5102. The impacted element is the function system of the file /location_time.cgi of the component Location Time Handler. The manipulation of the argument mac leads to os command injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
