CVSS v3.1 |
Improper input validation in the firmware for some Intel(R) AMT and Intel(R) Standard Manageability may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via network access.
Autocaliweb is a web app that offers an interface for browsing, reading, and downloading eBooks using a valid Calibre database. Prior to version 0.8.3, the debug pack generated by Autocaliweb can expose sensitive configuration data, including API keys. This occurs because the to_dict() method, used to serialize configuration for the debug pack, doesn't adequately filter out sensitive fields such as API tokens. Users, unaware of the full contents, might share these debug packs, inadvertently leaking their private API keys. This issue has been patched in version 0.8.3.
The Moving Users plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.05 via the export functionality. The JSON files are stored in predictable locations with guessable file names when exporting user data. This could allow unauthenticated attackers to extract sensitive user data, for instance, email addresses, hashed passwords, and IP addresses.
User enumeration vulnerability in M3M Printer Server Web. This issue occurs during user authentication, where a difference in error messages could allow an attacker to determine whether a username is valid or not, allowing a brute force attack on valid usernames.
Improper Input Validation vulnerability in upKeeper Solutions upKeeper Instant Privilege Access allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels. This issue affects upKeeper Instant Privilege Access: before 1.4.0.
| A Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in SUSE rancher which allows users to watch resources they are not allowed to access, when they have at least some generic permissions on the type.
This issue affects rancher: before 2175e09, before 6e30359, before c744f0b. |
A flaw was found in FreeIPA. This issue may allow a remote attacker to craft a HTTP request with parameters that can be interpreted as command arguments to kinit on the FreeIPA server, which can lead to a denial of service.
Vendure is an open-source headless commerce platform. Prior to versions 3.0.5 and 2.3.3, a vulnerability in Vendure's asset server plugin allows an attacker to craft a request which is able to traverse the server file system and retrieve the contents of arbitrary files, including sensitive data such as configuration files, environment variables, and other critical data stored on the server. In the same code path is an additional vector for crashing the server via a malformed URI. Patches are available in versions 3.0.5 and 2.3.3. Some workarounds are also available. One may use object storage rather than the local file system, e.g. MinIO or S3, or define middleware which detects and blocks requests with urls containing `/../`.
Element is a Matrix web client built using the Matrix React SDK. Element Web versions 1.11.70 through 1.11.80 contain a vulnerability which can, under specially crafted conditions, lead to the access token becoming exposed to third parties. At least one vector has been identified internally, involving malicious widgets, but other vectors may exist. Note that despite superficial similarity to CVE-2024-47771, this is an entirely separate vulnerability, caused by a separate piece of code included only in Element Web. Element Web and Element Desktop share most but not all, of their code and this vulnerability exists in the part of the code base which is not shared between the projects. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to version 1.11.81 to remediate the issue. As a workaround, avoid granting permissions to untrusted widgets.
matrix-js-sdk is the Matrix Client-Server SDK for JavaScript and TypeScript. In matrix-js-sdk versions versions 9.11.0 through 34.7.0, the method `MatrixClient.sendSharedHistoryKeys` is vulnerable to interception by malicious homeservers. The method was introduced by MSC3061) and is commonly used to share historical message keys with newly invited users, granting them access to past messages in the room. However, it unconditionally sends these "shared" keys to all of the invited user's devices, regardless of whether the user's cryptographic identity is verified or whether the user's devices are signed by that identity. This allows the attacker to potentially inject its own devices to receive sensitive historical keys without proper security checks. Note that this only affects clients running the SDK with the legacy crypto stack. Clients using the new Rust cryptography stack (i.e. those that call `MatrixClient.initRustCrypto()` instead of `MatrixClient.initCrypto()`) are unaffected by this vulnerability, because `MatrixClient.sendSharedHistoryKeys()` raises an exception in such environments. The vulnerability was fixed in matrix-js-sdk 34.8.0 by removing the vulnerable functionality. As a workaround, remove use of affected functionality from clients.
A vulnerability classified as problematic has been found in Amcrest IP2M-841B, IP2M-841W, IPC-IP2M-841B, IPC-IP3M-943B, IPC-IP3M-943S, IPC-IP3M-HX2B and IPC-IPM-721S up to 20241211. This affects an unknown part of the file /web_caps/webCapsConfig of the component Web Interface. The manipulation leads to information disclosure. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
An authenticated local user can obtain information that allows claiming security policy rules of another user due to sensitive information being accessible in the Windows Registry keys for Check Point Identity Agent running on a Terminal Server.
Vite is a frontend tooling framework for javascript. Prior to 6.2.6, 6.1.5, 6.0.15, 5.4.18, and 4.5.13, the contents of arbitrary files can be returned to the browser if the dev server is running on Node or Bun. HTTP 1.1 spec (RFC 9112) does not allow # in request-target. Although an attacker can send such a request. For those requests with an invalid request-line (it includes request-target), the spec recommends to reject them with 400 or 301. The same can be said for HTTP 2. On Node and Bun, those requests are not rejected internally and is passed to the user land. For those requests, the value of http.IncomingMessage.url contains #. Vite assumed req.url won't contain # when checking server.fs.deny, allowing those kinds of requests to bypass the check. Only apps explicitly exposing the Vite dev server to the network (using --host or server.host config option) and running the Vite dev server on runtimes that are not Deno (e.g. Node, Bun) are affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.2.6, 6.1.5, 6.0.15, 5.4.18, and 4.5.13.
Zulip is an open source team chat application. A weekly cron job (added in 50256f48314250978f521ef439cafa704e056539) demotes channels to being "inactive" after they have not received traffic for 180 days. However, upon doing so, an event was sent to all users in the organization, not just users in the channel. This event contained the name of the private channel. Similarly, the same commit (50256f48314250978f521ef439cafa704e056539) added functionality to notify clients when channels stopped being "inactive." The first message sent to a private channel which had not previously had any messages for over 180 days (and were thus already marked "inactive") would leak an event to all users in the organization; this event also contained the name of the private channel. Commits 75be449d456d29fef27e9d1828bafa30174284b4 and a2a1a7f8d152296c8966f1380872c0ac69e5c87e fixed the issue. This vulnerability only existed in `main`, and was not part of any published versions.
In Search Guard FLX versions from 3.1.0 up to 4.0.0 with enterprise modules being disabled, there exists an issue which allows authenticated users to use specially crafted requests to read documents from data streams without having the respective privileges.

The AuthKit library for Remix provides convenient helpers for authentication and session management using WorkOS & AuthKit with Remix. In versions 0.14.1 and below, @workos-inc/authkit-remix exposed sensitive authentication artifacts — specifically sealedSession and accessToken — by returning them from the authkitLoader. This caused them to be rendered into the browser HTML.
The AuthKit library for React Router 7+ provides helpers for authentication and session management using WorkOS & AuthKit with React Router. In versions 0.6.1 and below, @workos-inc/authkit-react-router exposed sensitive authentication artifacts — specifically sealedSession and accessToken by returning them from the authkitLoader. This caused them to be rendered into the browser HTML. This issue is fixed in version 0.7.0.
A remote command execution vulnerability exists in IPFire before version 2.19 Core Update 101 via the 'proxy.cgi' CGI interface. An authenticated attacker can inject arbitrary shell commands through crafted values in the NCSA user creation form fields, leading to command execution with web server privileges.
SCRAM (Salted Challenge Response Authentication Mechanism) is part of the family of Simple Authentication and Security Layer (SASL, RFC 4422) authentication mechanisms. Prior to version 3.2, a timing attack vulnerability exists in the SCRAM Java implementation. The issue arises because Arrays.equals was used to compare secret values such as client proofs and server signatures. Since Arrays.equals performs a short-circuit comparison, the execution time varies depending on how many leading bytes match. This behavior could allow an attacker to perform a timing side-channel attack and potentially infer sensitive authentication material. All users relying on SCRAM authentication are impacted. This vulnerability has been patched in version 3.1 by replacing Arrays.equals with MessageDigest.isEqual, which ensures constant-time comparison.
