CVSS v3.1 |
| hank-ai/darknet sizes a convolutional layer's weight and output heap buffers by multiplying configuration fields taken from a .cfg file in unchecked 32-bit int arithmetic. In src-lib/convolutional_layer.cpp, l.nweights is computed as (c / groups) * n * size * size and l.outputs as l.out_h * l.out_w * l.out_c, and both feed xcalloc directly. A .cfg whose true dimension product exceeds INT_MAX wraps to a small or zero value, so the allocation is undersized; for example width and height of 256 with filters of 65536 gives 2^32, which wraps to 0. forward_convolutional_layer then re-derives the GEMM dimensions with a different operand order, computing k as l.size*l.size*l.c / l.groups where the allocation divided before multiplying, and reads and writes through the undersized buffer. Loading the crafted .cfg for inference or training is sufficient and no valid .weights file is required. The reported proof of concept observed a heap buffer overflow read in gemm_nn_fast under AddressSanitizer and glibc allocator metadata corruption in a release build of the same input, indicating an out-of-bounds write. |
| Libevent is an event notification library. Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, libevent has an off-by-one stack buffer overflow in evdns.c when dnsname_to_labels formats a name-bearing DNS record at the end of the 64 KB stack buffer allocated by evdns_server_request_format_response. The final-label check permits j plus label_len plus one to equal buf_len, after which the terminating null byte is written to buf[buf_len]. A crafted DNS server response containing PTR, CNAME, MX, NS, or SOA data can trigger the one-byte out-of-bounds write and crash or corrupt the process. This issue is fixed in versions 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha. |
| OpenEXR is the reference implementation and specification for the EXR image format, widely used in the motion picture industry. In versions 3.4.0 through 3.4.12, a reachable assertion failure in the HTJ2K decode path allows a crafted HTJ2K-compressed EXR file to cause an unconditional process abort in any application that calls exr_start_read() on untrusted input, resulting in denial of service. The crash is triggered by a QCD marker whose lower five bits are zero, which OpenEXR passes into the vendored OpenJPH library while constructing the codestream and evaluating its quantization delta parameters. OpenJPH uses an assertion rather than a recoverable error to validate those bits, so any invalid value calls abort() directly and cannot be intercepted by surrounding error handling, a problem compounded by OpenEXR wrapping only its internal HT header parser in error handling while leaving the later codestream read and construction calls unprotected. This issue has been resolved in version 3.4.13. |
| Clickjacking issue in the Widget component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 154, Firefox ESR 153.1, Thunderbird 154, and Thunderbird 153.1. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: prestera: validate firmware header length
prestera_fw_hdr_parse() reads the firmware header before checking
that the firmware image contains that header.
Reject images shorter than struct prestera_fw_header before decoding the
magic and version fields. |
| HAProxy Community Edition 3.0 through 3.3 before 3.3.3 lacks a length check for the NEW_TOKEN format. HAProxy Enterprise and ALOHA are also affected. |
| Clickjacking issue in the Downloads component in Firefox for Android. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 154. |
| Integer overflow in the Graphics component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 154, Firefox ESR 153.1, Thunderbird 154, and Thunderbird 153.1. |
| NoteGen before 0.32.0 grants the Tauri shell plugin shell:allow-execute capability for bash, python, and python3 with arbitrary arguments in the default desktop capabilities. JavaScript running in the application webview can therefore invoke plugin:shell|execute to run attacker-controlled operating system commands with the privileges of the NoteGen process. In combination with script execution in the webview (for example via chat XSS), this enables full remote code execution on the user's machine. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
hwmon: (ltc4282) Clamp negative current limits
When a negative value is passed to ltc4282_write_curr(), the signed long
val is cast directly to u64:
drivers/hwmon/ltc4282.c:ltc4282_write_curr() {
/* need to pass it in millivolt */
u32 in = DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST_ULL((u64)val * st->rsense, DECA * MICRO);
...
}
This cast converts negative inputs into large positive values. The
subsequent division result overflows the u32 in variable, truncating
to a pseudo-random positive value. When this is passed to
ltc4282_write_voltage_byte(), it is clamped to the maximum limit instead
of zero.
Clamp val to 0 and to the maximum supported upper limit before the cast
and assign the result to a 64-bit temporary variable before the division
to avoid the underflow and an also possible overflow. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
vhost-scsi: Validate T10 PI scatterlist counts
When T10 PI is negotiated, vhost-scsi splits protection bytes from
the data iterator before mapping the request scatterlists. A malformed
request can claim protection bytes that cover or exceed the full payload
length. The former leaves no data bytes to map, while the latter
underflows exp_data_len before advancing the iterator. Both cases can let
a zero data SGL count reach sg_alloc_table_chained(), which triggers
BUG_ON(!nents).
Reject protection lengths that cover or exceed the payload before
subtracting prot_bytes and advancing the iterator. Also propagate
negative errors from the protection SGL calculation before calling the
allocator, matching the data SGL path. |
| A flaw was found in sblim-sfcb. A local attacker with access to the system can exploit an unsafe deserialization vulnerability in the provider-manager's inter-process communication (IPC) message parsing. By sending a specially crafted message, the attacker can cause out-of-bounds memory access, leading to the termination of the provider-manager process and a denial of service. This could also potentially result in limited unintended information disclosure. |
| A flaw was found in libsoup's SoupServer HTTP Range header processing. The sort_ranges() comparator in soup-message-headers.c truncates a 64-bit subtraction result to 32-bit int, flipping the sign for range offsets differing by more than INT_MAX. This causes silent omission of requested byte ranges from HTTP 206 Partial Content responses on resources larger than approximately 2 GB. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in liftoff-sr CIPster 1802525be27d33e19a9a83c163e331a1d13b1892. This impacts an unknown function of the file source/src/enet_encap/encap.cc of the component TCP Encapsulation Receive Path. The manipulation leads to out-of-bounds read. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The identifier of the patch is e8e9dba09bf56962807d3504b783ccdb6287f3e4. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. |
| A vulnerability was found in TRENDnet TEW-755AP up to 20260702. Affected is the function FUN_401000 of the file /sbin/mycli. The manipulation of the argument ssid results in stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. |
| A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in SKYSEA Client View and SKYMEC IT Manager. If this vulnerability is exploited, an attacker who can log in to a Windows system on which the affected product is installed may be able to execute arbitrary code on another Windows system that has the affected product installed and can receive UDP packets from that system. |
| OpenEXR is the reference implementation and specification for the EXR image format, widely used in the motion picture industry. From version 3.4.0 through 3.4.13, a crafted HTJ2K-compressed EXR can crash OpenEXR during normal decode. An HTJ2K-compressed EXR whose JPEG 2000 SIZ fields place the first tile outside the visible image can reach invalid tile and codeblock geometry in the vendored OpenJPH AVX2 decoder, causing a stack out-of-bounds write and denial of service. OpenEXR's HTJ2K path validates the decoded codestream dimensions against the EXR chunk size, but it does not reject SIZ image-offset/tile-grid geometry where the first tile does not intersect the image. This issue is fixed in version 3.4.14. |
| A Use of Default Password vulnerability affecting Tuleap Enterprise Edition from 17.0 through 17.5 could allow an attacker to gain access to user accounts created during XML import. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
tcp: fix TFO max_qlen accounting across reuseport migration
A listener's TCP_FASTOPEN max_qlen stops being accurate and lets through
far more pending Fast Open requests than it was configured for.
This only shows up with SO_REUSEPORT listener migration, where closing a
listener hands its still-pending TFO children over to a surviving one.
fastopenq.qlen is charged in tcp_fastopen_create_child() when the child
is created and uncharged in reqsk_fastopen_remove() when the handshake
completes. The uncharge follows rsk_listener of the request the child
points at, and inet_reqsk_clone() has repointed the child at a new
request owned by the new listener, so the ++ and the -- land on two
different sockets. The new listener's qlen drifts negative and its
limit no longer binds.
Charge the new listener during migration, like reqsk_queue_migrated()
already does for queue->young and queue->qlen. |
| A flaw was found in open-iscsi. An integer underflow vulnerability in the `iscsiuio` component, specifically during IPv4 Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) parsing, allows a remote attacker on the same local network segment to cause a denial of service. By sending a specially crafted IPv4/UDP DHCP reply, the attacker can trigger an out-of-bounds read, leading to the `iscsiuio` process crashing. This issue affects systems where `iscsiuio` is actively handling IPv4 DHCP traffic. |
