CVE-2026-86774 1 Snipeitapp 1 Snipe-it 2026-09-20 6.3 Medium
Snipe-IT versions before 8.7.0 contain a broken access control vulnerability in AssetModelPolicy where the files() method cascades from assets.files permission, allowing authenticated users to upload and delete file attachments on Asset Model records without the required models.files permission. Attackers with only assets.files permission can mutate shared model file attachments across company boundaries and bypass the dedicated models.files permission intended to restrict file management on the shared Asset Model catalog.
CVE-2026-92099 2026-09-20 6.5 Medium
The WPGraphQL Smart Cache WordPress plugin before 2.3.2 does not require authorisation or validate a caller-supplied query identifier before storing a persisted query from a request, allowing unauthenticated users to publish arbitrary query documents and claim query aliases before a site's own frontend registers them.

CVE-2026-77169 1 Nextcloud 1 Team Folders 2026-09-19 N/A
A vulnerability in the team folders (formerly group folders) app when used in combination with the workspace app allowed API/REST-only delegated administrators to bypass folder-level authorization controls. The workspace app enables organizations to delegate limited administrative privileges for team folder management via API/REST only, restricting access to folders for which the admin has advanced permissions.
CVE-2026-77170 1 Nextcloud 1 Deck 2026-09-19 N/A
The Deck config API allows authenticated users to set board-scoped configuration keys for arbitrary board IDs without validating whether the user owns or has permission to manage the referenced board.
CVE-2026-82985 1 Nextcloud 1 Server 2026-09-19 N/A
The Photos app's filter-based "smart albums" build their file listing using the search configuration (photosSourceFolders) of the user viewing the album, rather than the album owner's configuration. When an album owner shares a smart album with another user, that user's own folder configuration is used to determine which of the owner's files are searched — allowing them to discover files (name, file ID, and other metadata) in folders the album owner never intended to include in the shared album. This requires the album owner to have shared a filter-based smart album with the attacker; it does not allow access to arbitrary users' files without such a share.
CVE-2026-93604 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-09-19 7.2 High
vm2 through 3.12.0 exposes Node.js's crypto.setFips() function to untrusted guest code when an embedder explicitly allowlists the crypto builtin for a NodeVM (require.builtin: ['crypto']). The builtin sanitizer (sanitizeCryptoModule in lib/builtin.js) replaces crypto.setEngine but leaves crypto.setFips callable, and the readonly wrapper used to expose the host module does not localize side effects of forwarded host functions. Guest code can therefore call crypto.setFips() to change the FIPS mode of the entire host process; the modified mode is subsequently observed by trusted host code (crypto.getFips() changed from 0 to 1 in the reported test), crossing the NodeVM isolation boundary. Fixed in vm2 3.12.1.
CVE-2026-90409 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-19 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/panthor: Add vm_bind region with kbo range overlap check When a VM is created, caller has to specify the range of the address space carve-out set aside for mapping kernel BO's. That means vm_bind mappings of UM-exposed BO's should not intersect with that region, but at the moment we're not checking this. At first, I thought of giving these values to drm_gpuvm_init() through its reserve_{offset, range} arguments, but it turns out that is meant for VM address spans that are not managed through the usual drm_gpuvm split/merge circuit, so storing the end of the user VA range at VM creation time and doing a quick check in the vm_bind ioctl path was the simplest workaround. The new check also makes sure vm_bind range doesn't overflow the size of a 64-bit unsigned integer. That was already being done further down the call stack inside drm_gpuvm_sm_map -> drm_gpuvm_range_valid, but it's best to fail early in the driver before GPUVM functions are invoked so that we won't waste time allocating vm_bind context resources.
CVE-2026-84048 1 Joomgalleryfriends.net 1 Joomgallery Extension For Joomla 2026-09-19 N/A
Joomla Extension - joomgalleryfriends.net - Unauthenticated arbitrary file upload via the TUS endpoint in JoomGallery < 4.4.2 - The TUS endpoint allows arbitrary file uploads, however neither file name nor file extension are under attacker control. Code execution requires non-standard server configuration.
CVE-2026-93191 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-19 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smack: fix incorrect task context in smack_msg_queue_msgrcv The smack_msg_queue_msgrcv() function incorrectly checks the permissions of the 'current' task instead of the 'target' task. In the msgsnd() syscall path, if a receiver is already waiting, the pipelined_send() optimization is used to push the message directly to the receiver task: ipc/msg.c`pipelined_send(): ` smp_store_release(&msr->r_msg, msg) In this case, the 'sender' (current) task performs the check on behalf of the 'receiver' task (msr->r_tsk, passed as the 'target' parameter): ipc/msg.c`pipelined_send(): ` security_msg_queue_msgrcv(,, target := msr->r_tsk,,) However, smack_msg_queue_msgrcv() ignores the 'target' and checks 'current': smack_msg_queue_msgrcv(…) ` smk_curacc_msq(isp, MAY_READWRITE); // current task 'current' MAY satisfy smack_msg_queue_msgrcv r/w requirement, but 'target' (the receiver task) might NOT; as a result, an unauthorized receiver gets the message, violating MAC policy. Test: 1) create a sysv message queue with label “foo” 2) echo "bar foo r" >/smack/load2 3) msgrcv(,,,0,MSG_NOERROR) in "bar"-labeled task. The task is waiting for the messages ... 4) msgsnd() from a "foo"-labeled task: "bar"-labeled task gets the message. This patch fixes the issue by checking permission on the 'target' task instead of 'current'. (2008-02-04, Casey Schaufler)
CVE-2026-90315 1 Linux 2 Kernel, Linux Kernel 2026-09-19 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI/sysfs: Add lockdown checks to legacy I/O and memory handlers Currently, the legacy I/O and memory sysfs handlers do not check security_locked_down(LOCKDOWN_PCI_ACCESS), leaving the legacy_io and legacy_mem files unprotected when the kernel is locked down. Commit eb627e17727e ("PCI: Lock down BAR access when the kernel is locked down") added the check to pci_write_config(), pci_mmap_resource(), and pci_write_resource_io() to prevent userspace from programming DMA-capable hardware that could be used to modify kernel code, but did not cover the legacy handlers. As a result, root can still write arbitrary I/O ports and map the legacy I/O and memory spaces while the kernel is locked down, which is the same capability the lockdown is meant to remove. Add the same check to pci_write_legacy_io(), pci_mmap_legacy_mem(), and pci_mmap_legacy_io(). These generic handlers cover both architectures that define HAVE_PCI_LEGACY (such as Alpha and PowerPC). CVE-2026-20120 1 Cisco 2 Adaptive Security Appliance Software, Secure Firewall Threat Defense 2026-09-18 5.8 Medium
A vulnerability in the access control list (ACL) Object Group Search (OGS) implementation of Cisco Secure Firewall Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass configured access controls. This vulnerability is due to a logic error in populating group access control policies (ACPs) with OGS configured. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending traffic that should be blocked through the device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to bypass access controls and reach devices in protected networks.

CVE-2026-90982 1 Fastify 1 Fastify-static 2026-09-18 5.3 Medium
@fastify/static is a Fastify plugin that serves static files from a configured root directory. In versions before 10.1.4, on a case-insensitive filesystem such as Windows or the default macOS volume, a route guard or allowedPath restriction can be bypassed by altering the letter case of a path segment. The route matcher is case-sensitive while the filesystem is not, so a request that changes the case of a protected segment does not match the guarded route and falls through to the static handler, yet the filesystem resolves it to the same protected file. As a result, an unauthenticated request can read a file that a route guard or allowedPath was configured to protect. The issue does not affect case-sensitive filesystems and is not a directory traversal, since nothing is served from outside the configured root. The issue is fixed in @fastify/static 10.1.4, which validates the requested path against its actual on-disk spelling and rejects case-aliased paths before authorization. As a workaround, serve static files from a case-sensitive filesystem, or ensure route guards and allowedPath rules account for every letter-case variant of the protected paths.
