CVSS v3.1 |
| The application's update service, when checking for updates, loads certain system libraries from a search path that includes directories writable by low‑privileged users and is not strictly restricted to trusted system locations. Because these libraries may be resolved and loaded from user‑writable locations, a local attacker can place a malicious library there and have it loaded with SYSTEM privileges, resulting in local privilege escalation and arbitrary code execution. |
| IObit Advanced SystemCare 10.0.2 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the AdvancedSystemCareService10 service that allows local attackers to escalate privileges. Attackers can place a malicious executable in the service path and trigger privilege escalation when the service restarts or the system reboots, executing code with LocalSystem privileges. |
| Serviio PRO 1.8 contains an unquoted search path vulnerability in the Windows service that allows local users to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges by placing malicious executables in the system root path. Additionally, improper directory permissions with full access for the Users group allow authenticated users to replace the executable file with arbitrary binaries, enabling privilege escalation during service startup or system reboot. |
| In Sentry 25.1.0 through 25.5.1, an authenticated attacker can access a project's issue endpoint and perform unauthorized actions (such as adding a comment) without being a member of the project's team. A seven-digit issue ID must be known (it is not treated as a secret and might be mentioned publicly, or it could be predicted). |
| Library loading on AIX Zabbix Agent builds can be hijacked by local users with write access to the /home/cecuser directory. |
| Untrusted Search Path vulnerability in OpenText™ Application Lifecycle Management (ALM),Quality Center allows Code Inclusion. The vulnerability allows a user to archive a malicious DLLs on the system prior to the installation.
This issue affects Application Lifecycle Management (ALM),Quality Center: 15.00, 15.01, 15.01 P1, 15.01 P2, 15.01 P3, 15.01 P4, 15.01 P5, 15.51, 15.51 P1, 15.51 P2, 15.51 P3, 16.00, 16.01 P1. |
| Improper authentication of library files in the Eaton IPP software installer could lead to arbitrary code execution of an attacker with the access to the software package.
This security issue has been fixed in the latest version of IPP which is available on the Eaton download center. |
| An untrusted search path vulnerability has been identified in the Embedded Solutions Framework in various Lexmark devices. This vulnerability can be leveraged by an attacker to execute arbitrary code. |
| BlackMoon FTP Server 3.1.2.1731 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local users to potentially execute code with elevated system privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted binary path in the service configuration to insert malicious code that would execute with LocalSystem account permissions during service startup. |
| Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) QAT software before version 2.3.0 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| EaseUS Data Recovery 15.1.0.0 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the EaseUS UPDATE SERVICE executable. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path to inject and execute malicious code with elevated LocalSystem privileges. |
| Prey 1.9.6 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local users to potentially execute code with elevated privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in the CronService to insert malicious code that would execute during application startup or system reboot. |
| Realtek Wireless LAN Utility 700.1631 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local users to potentially execute code with elevated system privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted service path by inserting malicious code in the system root path that would execute during application startup or system reboot. |
| SecurOS Enterprise 10.2 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the SecurosCtrlService that allows local users to potentially execute code with elevated privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in C:\Program Files (x86)\ISS\SecurOS\ to insert malicious code that would execute with system-level permissions during service startup. |
| Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) oneAPI Math Kernel Library software before version 2024.1 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| The affected setup component is vulnerable to DLL hijacking. This could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code when a legitimate user installs an application that uses the affected setup component. |
| The femanager extension through 8.2.1 for TYPO3 allows Insecure Direct Object Reference. |
| Local privilege escalation due to DLL hijacking vulnerability. The following products are affected: Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud Agent (Windows) before build 39378. |
| DLL search order hijacking vulnerability in the wave.exe executable for Windows 11, version 1.27.8. Exploitation of this vulnerability could allow attackers with local access to execute arbitrary code by placing an arbitrary file in the 'C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Temp' directory, which could lead to arbitrary code execution and persistence. This vulnerability is only replicable in versions of Windows 11 and does not affect earlier versions. |
| Deep Instinct Windows Agent 1.2.29.0 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the DeepMgmtService that allows local users to potentially execute code with elevated privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in C:\Program Files\HP Sure Sense\DeepMgmtService.exe to inject malicious code that would execute with LocalSystem permissions during service startup. |
