CVSS v3.1 |
dstack is a software development kit (SDK) to simplify the deployment of arbitrary containerized apps into trusted execution environments. In versions of dstack prior to 0.5.4, a malicious host may provide a crafted LUKS2 data volume to a dstack CVM for use as the `/data` mount. The guest will open the volume and write secret data using a volume key known to the attacker, causing disclosure of Wireguard keys and other secret information. The attacker can also pre-load data on the device, which could potentially compromise guest execution. LUKS2 volume metadata is not authenticated and supports null key-encryption algorithms, allowing an attacker to create a volume such that the volume opens (cryptsetup open) without error using any passphrase or token, records all writes in plaintext (or ciphertext with an attacker-known key), and/or contains arbitrary data chosen by the attacker. Version 0.5.4 of dstack contains a patch that addresses LUKS headers.
Rapid7 Velociraptor MSI Installer versions below 0.73.3 suffer from a vulnerability whereby it creates the installation directory with WRITE_DACL permission to the BUILTIN\\Users group. This allows local users who are not administrators to grant themselves the Full Control permission on Velociraptor's files. By modifying Velociraptor's files, local users can subvert the binary and cause the Velociraptor service to execute arbitrary code as the SYSTEM user, or to replace the Velociraptor binary completely. This issue is fixed in version 0.73.3.
Local File Inclusion vulnerability in Ready's attachment upload panel allows low privileged user to provide link to a local file using the file:// protocol thus allowing the attacker to read content of the file. This vulnerability can be use to read content of system files.
A directory listing issue in the baserCMS plugin in D-ZERO CO., LTD. BurgerEditor and BurgerEditor Limited Edition before 2.25.1 allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information by exposing a list of the uploaded files.

Affected devices do not properly limit the path accessible via their webserver. This could allow an authenticated remote attacker to read arbitrary files from the filesystem of affected devices. |
A vulnerability was found in Casdoor up to 1.335.0. It has been classified as problematic. Affected is an unknown function of the file /conf/app.conf of the component Configuration File Handler. The manipulation leads to files or directories accessible. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. VDB-266838 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability. NOTE: The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A directory traversal vulnerability exists in ColoradoFTP Server ≤ 1.3 Build 8 for Windows, allowing unauthenticated attackers to read or write arbitrary files outside the configured FTP root directory. The flaw is due to insufficient sanitation of user-supplied file paths in the FTP GET and PUT command handlers. Exploitation is possible by submitting traversal sequences during FTP operations, enabling access to system-sensitive files. This issue affects only the Windows version of ColoradoFTP.
The CAYIN Technology CMS lacks proper access control, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to download arbitrary CGI files.
Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor, Missing Encryption of Sensitive Data, Files or Directories Accessible to External Parties vulnerability in Kings Information & Network Co. KESS Enterprise on Windows allows Privilege Escalation, Modify Existing Service, Modify Shared File. This issue affects KESS Enterprise: before *.25.9.19.exe
FutureNet MA and IP-K series provided by Century Systems Co., Ltd. put the firmware version and the garbage collection information on the internal web page. With some crafted HTTP request, they can be accessed without authentication.
A vulnerability exists in Sitecore Experience Manager (XM), Experience Platform (XP), Experience Commerce (XC), and Managed Cloud that could allow an unauthenticated attacker to read arbitrary files. This vulnerability affects all Experience Platform topologies (XM, XP, XC) from 8.0 Initial Release through 10.4 Initial Release and later. This issue affects Content Management (CM) and standalone instances. PaaS and containerized solutions are also affected.
A vulnerability was found in Mercury MNVR816 up to 2.0.1.0.5. It has been classified as problematic. This affects an unknown part of the file /web-static/. The manipulation leads to files or directories accessible. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
due to insufficient sanitazation in Vega’s `convert()` function when `safeMode` is enabled and the spec variable is an array. An attacker can craft a malicious Vega diagram specification that will allow them to send requests to any URL, including local file system paths, leading to exposure of sensitive information.
wolfictl is a command line tool for working with Wolfi. A git authentication issue in versions prior to 0.16.10 allows a local user’s GitHub token to be sent to remote servers other than `github.com`. Most git-dependent functionality in wolfictl relies on its own `git` package, which contains centralized logic for implementing interactions with git repositories. Some of this functionality requires authentication in order to access private repositories. A central function `GetGitAuth` looks for a GitHub token in the environment variable `GITHUB_TOKEN` and returns it as an HTTP basic auth object to be used with the `github.com/go-git/go-git/v5` library. Most callers (direct or indirect) of `GetGitAuth` use the token to authenticate to github.com only; however, in some cases callers were passing this authentication without checking that the remote git repository was hosted on github.com. This behavior has existed in one form or another since commit 0d06e1578300327c212dda26a5ab31d09352b9d0 - committed January 25, 2023. This impacts anyone who ran the `wolfictl check update` commands with a Melange configuration that included a `git-checkout` directive step that referenced a git repository not hosted on github.com. This also impacts anyone who ran `wolfictl update <url>` with a remote URL outside of github.com. Additionally, these subcommands must have run with the `GITHUB_TOKEN` environment variable set to a valid GitHub token. Users should upgrade to version 0.16.10 to receive a patch.
The GLPI Inventory Plugin handles various types of tasks for GLPI agents, including network discovery and inventory (SNMP), software deployment, VMWare ESX host remote inventory, and data collection (files, Windows registry, WMI). Versions prior to 1.5.0 have an improper access control vulnerability. Version 1.5.0 fixes the vulnerability.
Potential privilege escalation vulnerability in Revenera InstallShield versions 2022 R2 and 2021 R2 due to adding InstallScript custom action to a Basic MSI or InstallScript MSI project extracting few binaries to a predefined writable folder during installation time. The standard user account has write access to these files and folders, hence replacing them during installation time can lead to a DLL hijacking vulnerability.
| CWE-552: Files or Directories Accessible to External Parties vulnerability over https exists that could leak
information and potential privilege escalation following man in the middle attack. |
A vulnerability in the command-line interface of EdgeConnect SD-WAN could allow an authenticated attacker to read arbitrary files within the system. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to read sensitive data from the underlying file system.
OA EKP v16 was discovered to contain an arbitrary download vulnerability via the component /ui/sys_ui_extend/sysUiExtend.do. This vulnerability allows attackers to obtain the password of the background administrator and further obtain database permissions.
Lack of file validation in do_update_vps in Avast Business Antivirus for Linux 4.5 on Linux allows local user to spoof or tamper with the update file via an unverified file write.
